Good place for families. Very friendly front desk staff, good breakfast and the location is close to many must see places. We had a minor issue with the request for a infant bed, which they initially told us they could, then 2 hours later said they were all out and then finally had it delivered the same night we checked in. The room was clean , but there was one entire cabinet under the bedroom TV that had sawdust or dirt all over.

Staff was friendly and the room was clean in terms of the housekeeping duties. Bathroom, bedding and kitchen were clean. The room however needs updating as the couch/chair/lampshades/carpeting had stains on them and were very worn. The couch had been sat on so many times that the cushioning was thin. The pool was nice and the breakfast was good, but it was your typical hotel breakfast. The staff at breakfast kept things hot and well-stocked. Kitchen appliances were new-looking and clean.

We had a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom room with a kitchenette and full size refrigerator. We had a 70-lbs dog with us. We were all very comfortable. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Plenty of space to walk dog outside. The staff were super nice and friendly and constantly checked in on us.

We had poop on our shower curtain, a grape on our floor in a room that had dogs, cleaning was putting polishing chemicals on the range coils where it caused the suite and whole floor to smoke up. It was terrible and disgusting. Since I booked through Expedia they couldn't give me any comparison, so I paid 1000 for 2days in a disgusting room.Dont stay here.

Nice having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, but clock in 1 bedroom was 1hour later and no way to change, coffee cold at 5:00pm, very noisy heat/cold in 1 bedroom till after I went to bed, showerhead neededto be replaced since full shower was sparce,no pump shower body but shampoo and conditioner in pumps lamps plug in behind matress (possible fire hazzard and no plastic cups in bathrooms. Otherwise a nice room with kitchen.
