Nice location for Williamsburg. Silly to pay $20 for parking though. They can do better on this front.

Property is kept up and looks great. The staff are very personable and helpful.

Had a great family trip to Williamsburg. This hotel was walking distance to the Colonial Williamsburg area. The room was nice and clean. Service was good. Convenient grab and go cafe near lobby. Best part was the heated indoor and outdoor pools! Kids had a blast there.

The Hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly. We were a little disappointed in the room. Didn’t seem like the carpets were vacuumed and the TV didn’t work. Other wise all was ok.

We have stayed there several times and LOVE IT!! The staff is always friendly, pleasant and makes you feel at home.

My husband has been visiting this site every December since he was young. Now we visit every December with our own two children and we couldn't be more pleased. We are always so impressed with our room and the overall experience in the Lodge. We can't wait to return next year!

Had a problem with our checkin, as the room was not yet clean and guest-ready by 5:30, so we had to wait a bit. Otherwise a beautiful and convenient place to stay.

Beautiful hotel conveniently located I block south of the main Historic area of Colonial Williamsburg. Nicely furnished room in the Guesthouse. Staff had trainees at check in, were nice but not very confident. Very comfortable beds. Only problem was the heating system in the room was malfunctioning. The front desk immediately sent a maintenance man but it took several hours to finally correct a short in the system. Staff at Sweet Tea & Barley Bar were very nice but not very proactive in service. For example did not bring sweeteners or a spoon for hot tea order and were forgetful about things like bringing a straw for the water. Quality of burgers ordered had large portions and they were very tasty, served at a nice temperature and were appealing in presentation.

I hadn't stayed at Williamsburg Lodge, Autograph Collection, since I was a small child. It is truly beautiful and the location is everything! Walking distance to Colonial Williamsburg, pools, and spa. We will be staying here every time we visit!

Asked for early check in and they weren’t able to provide a king bed like I had booked (in a hotel with 300 plus rooms). Then they put me in a ground floor room that happened to be next to the ballroom that they had rented out for the night (they didn’t tell me this when I checked in). As a result I was kept up late into the night by extremely loud music. I called the front desk to see if there was anything they could do to get the music even a little lower. They said they would look into it and get back to me. Never heard back from anyone.

Very relaxing, festive and met a lot of very nice people!! LOVED how everyone wished each other a Merry Christmas too!! Attended a Church Service at Bruton Parish Church in Christmas Eve and would definitely recommend it.

THIS IS OUR 5TH STAY HERE---GREAT SERVICE----CLOSE TO RESTAURANTS AND LANDMARKS

Extremely comfortable and well appointed room. Beautiful campus atmosphere. Easy to walk or take the shuttle to Colonial Williamsburg. One of the nicest hotels we've experienced.

Loved the stay and that it was so close to the city and we would walk or take the free shuttle. Having access to the spa was great, we loved the outdoor seating with the open fire in the evening. Rooms are spacious and very clean and everything worked perfect.

Although I arrived early, my room was ready. The check in and out process was quite smooth. The rooms resembled the pictures online. This was a good decision.

The lodge was great. It is a block from Colonial Williamsburg, so it is so convenient. It had everything we needed for a quality stay.

We were there to take part in a 50th wedding anniversary celebration. It was a perfect location, with lots of things for everyone to do. The hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly. I understand Marriott has just bought the whole property and that weekend was the transfer. I am sure Marriott will make some changes, but all for the good. I would stay there again.

Lovely and safe, good service, convenient and friendly. Great pools- one noisy, one "tranquility" and nice grab-n-go breakfast in morning make it easy to get out early to Colonial Williamsburg
