When we got to the room and opened the door the room smelled of mold and stale smoke. My daughter is an asthmatic and there was no way we could stay there. Another room wasn’t even offered

The room was nice and clean the staff were very nice and caring! Regina and Gabriel were very helpful , nice and respectful! The only thing I had an issue with is the guest above me were blasting music so loud that I would not hear anything but Gabriel did handle it and it did stop .

Room was very clean and large space . Hallway to get to upstairs was a bit outdated and many stairs so someone with an ailment would have a hard time . Check in with glass was a little weird like is there a safety issue ? Overall for one night was fine !

Sink is clogged. The hallway smells like smoke which i informed the staff and told us it is because of people smoking outside the exit. Beds and the room are clean. Ac working right. Bed is of course not as comfortable at hime and could not sleep well.

Everything was okay. The room cost was very reasonable. This hotel is in need of updating. The carpet really need to be replace. The staff was great and nice. I really enjoy the restaurant experiences that was wonderful.
