Very roomy room. Like it that all tops are cover in granite.(big square table, desk top, bathroom counter top & tub wall) Nice to have fridge & micro. Very comfortable bed & temperature is comfortable.

Staff very friendly. Room fine. Everything worked.

Workers at front desk were awful and disrespectful. Will never stay at this hotel

Although it's technically in Meriden it is literally on the furthist end of town. My reunion was in New Haven but the 15 min. drive was well worth the cost savings. Hotel was modern, clean and had very attentive staff. Would have liked the breakfast to run later than 9:30 since I'm not an early riser but having both a small fridge and microwave in the room fixed that. I will be back.

Needed a simple room for an overnight stay, on way to Boston. The hotel fit the bill, but was certainly nothing to write home about. Staff didn't seem to have the room ready, and weren't prepared to have guests stay in it. Missing certain items (ironing board, tissues, etc), but I was too tired to make a big deal about it. $85 for the night was appropriate, but don't get your expectations too high.

One of the better Quality Inns I have been too. This will be my 3rd visit and I have another scheduled in 2 weeks. Only major problem with this one is room noise. The floors are very very creaky. So any light sleepers will want to try to get a room on the 3rd floor at all costs. Otherwise if there is someone in the room above you, expect to get awakened from time to time. Otherwise room is clean. Like all Quality Inn hotels I have been to, the hallway smells strongly of smoke, but at least my room was clean and fresh. In the past I have had one of the rooms with a hot tub, which is fun, but they are all on the 1st floor I believe...

Stayed in this hotel for one night, booked the jacuzzi room. The jacuzzi temperature was hard to get right and all the jets werent working properly. typical 2/3 star hotel.

I had reservation for a non-smoking king bed room. When I got there the hotel told me that the Or bi tz reservation was for a smoking room. The hotel was able to put me into a double bed room. I will have to review the reservation more closely next time.

Overall not bad for the money. Would recommend top floor as you can hear people walking on the floors at night and it might wake you up if you are a light sleeper.

Good experience, overall a nice hotel. (for the money) I stayed 2 nights in 2 different rooms. Upstairs on the third floor a got a $65 room that was nice and comfortable. It was a little disturbing that the upstairs hall smelled a bit like urine (just a fain odor). But room was clean on odor free. I needed to add a night last minute, that upstairs room was booked so I moved to a Jacuzzi room ($109 on the first floor) that was VERY nice and spacious. The operator gave to me for $99 - $10 discount which was appreciated. I will note, however that if you intend to got sleep early (before 11p) stay off the first floor, I could hear very plainly the Jacuzzi going in the room next door. Upstairs room was much quitter. Jacuzzi room floor is more for the late night parties. I will also note that there are many hotels to choose from within 1 mile of this one...

My experience was good breakfast was better than average. With eggs, sausage and waffles. The people above us were pretty noisy , but not the fault of the hotel. Could use a little updating. Good deal for the price

The room was big and clean. Heating and plumbing worked as they should. We had no complaints. And the price was unbeatable.

Neat and tidy spacious room- staff seemed genuinely happy to work there. Good value overall.
