All staff friendly. Check in/out easy. There’s a smoking section and so the building’s atmosphere is treated with a strong but not unpleasant smell. Common areas are clean and well maintained. Rug in room could use a cleaning. Thank you!

Front desk services were pleasant, responsive and quick. It does appear the property is under renovation. Community spaces were nice. Linen needs a replacement. There was limited bath linen. Thank goodness I had my own. What was nice is parking for oversize vehicles.

Got in checked in and got to the room went to go to the bathroom and the toilet wouldn’t flush come to find out the handle was broken so we had to open the back to flush the toilet. I booked bc it said they offered breakfast and no breakfast was ever set up to eat but overall was good to sleep in after a long day
