The room was nicely renovated and clean but we had a 2 night stay with breakfast included. We weren’t told that a breakfast voucher was needed in order to get breakfast. It was only after 2nd morning that I mentioned it that it was given. Also after leaving the room the whole day and coming back late at night we found the room was never cleaned. When we complained we were told we needed to request it to be cleaned due to Covid. It’s unfortunate because the hotel and room itself was pleasantly updated but I wouldn’t stay there again.
We booked through Orbitz for 3 days, got to the hotel and told there were no rooms available. Orbitz had already taken the hotel fee, so we were out $$$ on top of finding another place to stay. Orbitz is now claiming that the money is being held because the hotel never communicated that they were full.
The hotel itself was ok, nothing amazing. But the hallways had a really funky smell. Not sure if someone was smoking in their room, it was a cross between stale cigarette smoke and weed. Not really what I want to expose my young children to.
Very clean and friendly staff , overall I had a great stay.
Fitness center has only 4 pieces of equipment, including a trwadmill that was "Out of Order"...
My family and I enjoy our stay the staff was very professional, courteous, friendly and helpful the room was very clean and there breakfast was excellent we will visit next year again.

We needed a hotel close to our event with a breakfast option. CS fit the bill. The breakfast was simple: scrambled eggs, meat, and Belgian waffles .. option for strong coffee from the coffee machine .. staff was very friendly
Great and memorable stay. Well groomed and well trained front desk staff and efficient in their jobs. They are always available, listen to your complaints and address issues promptly. Check in took approximately 4 minutes.
Needed this room for only the one night, it was perfect. A little bit out of the way, but exactly what we needed.

And yes, due to Covid restrictions housekeeping is available by request only. It is stated on your key packet, but I do realize not everyone reads that, so the front desk agents should be verbalizing that as well. I'm sorry that didn't happen.
