I was not notified that the hotel would not have on-site dining as advertised nor the prepaid breakast even though there was a live call with the hotel the day of arrival. This was a gift stay for my daughters and granddaughters that turned out horribly. The staff was gracious but I feel very disappointed in the lack of communication and the fact that the opportunity to make alternate plans was taken from me from the lack of full disclosure. The hotel was under construction/renovation and a pipe had burst. To dry there were many fans which created dust and risk to respiratory. None of this was disclosed on the Expedia site otherwise I would not have booked.

The hotel in itself is very clean and smells amazing from the time you walk in. The room was beautiful and spacious. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxury experience at a great price.
