Tired facility. Smelled of mildew

Nice clean and comfortable.

The hotel and staff were amazing. Pool wasn’t open, tv remote was non cooperative with the volume and their shuttle sat out front with a flat tire and untouched during Covid I would think. These are all so trivial it’s a wonderfully clean hotel and will be back.

This hotel is very basic, and in the middle of no where. It was absolutely fine and sufficient, with no bells or whistles. Very clean.

The first room we were given had people in it and the next one the key card didn’t work. It took 45 minutes to check in. The front desk worker walked us up to our 3rd room which smelt like body odor. When he agreed it smelt he said there was no other room to switch in. I asked to speak to the general manager and still received no espouse after 2 days!

Needs updating, poor lighting in the room. Clean and safe.

The room smelled musty and stale. The key card didn’t work. Breakfast was not what one would expect for the cost of the room.

The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The room layout was not very comfortable or convenient. The elevator was slow and appeared very old. Everything was clean and the breakfast was good.

Great location, very clean, liked the bathroom shower, very hospitable staff.

James was extremely kind and nice and accommodating! Checked in on September 4 in the evening and his demeanor was to be of service in any way possible! He was very thorough in informing us of all the amenities available! James, if you’re reading this, I wish I could have given you a great big thank you Hug when I checked out in the morning of September 6!

Very pleased with Fairfield Inn. We were most impressed with Natasha at the Front Desk as well as other front desk and dining/breakfast staff members. The female employee working the breakfast area was exceptional. It snowed 4" when we left in the morning. The parking lot and walkway was clean of snow.

Very nice stay here. Clean room, breakfast in the am. Only thing is that the cleaning staff & other workers (not the front desk) would just stare with not nice looks. SMILE!!

Great value and hotel staff was very accommodating and a nice!
