Flights Review

Feb 5, 2020

YES - I was very disappointed in two things: 1. I paid for seat selection and when I went to select my seat on line, I was told I could not select it until day of flight or check in. I feel it was false adverting by Orbits or the Airline. The plan had many open seats so it worked out. However, I feel I should be refunded the buy up I paid. 2. The plane was a brand new 787 I think. Sadly, and bad for my business work I planned on doing - There was NO - WIFI on a 10 hour flight. It was not equipped yet. I lost 6 hours of working time. Again, something that I feel one should be compensated for. Lastly - it was a British Air plane flying non-stop from SJC to London - which I love.

Seat was VERY CRAMPED and uncomfortable

Nearly all great, but bag drop off could be quicker. Hawaiian airlines just take the bags and you go.
