Everything is good, excellent, only beach is not that great.

I love this property, we have been here many times. They do need to lay off of the upgrading and "vacation club" speels. Besides that, the resort is awesome.

It’s just big enough that it had plenty of options

The property is beautiful. They seem to pay A lot of attention to small details with flowers and plants carefully placed throughout the property. The property is also very quiet. I am not sure if they just didn't have a lot of guests or if most guests chose to leave the property during the day. The drinks were also top notch. The cleaning staff was very friendly and Francesca our cleaning lady was very friendly and did a great job. Other than that the staff was not extremely friendly. They did a good job but it seemed like they really didn't care to be there. The Italian restaurant at Royal Cancun was great. We went twice, but the options were somewhat limited. The buffet and other food tasted mostly bland. The exception was some of the fruit(Mango, pineapple, Honey dew melon, grapes). We did get room service twice and the food actually tasted a little better that way. It was nice to be able to go to Royal Sands and enjoy some of the shows and food(although most of the food at Sands was pretty bland as well). We did finally get some enthusiastic service from Ricardo at Bistro. He was extremely helpful and friendly and it made a huge difference. The weather was not great so we never got to use the Kayaks, which was amazing extremely disappointong. Even on days when the water looked like glass. Scheduling around transportation and when restaurants were open was not very clear . Transportation was not available on Saturday which was a surprise not listed anywhere

The food was good, the people in the hotel were very friendly, dinner was great and the show was very entertaining and it was fun to watch it….

This is a very quiet and elegant place. It VERY small, so if you’re wanting variety for your day or view… this is not the place to go. Just 1 big pool and a small beach and One main restaurant. But everything was awesome if that’s what you’re wanting.

I would not stay at the Oasis again. There are too many people. The water smelled like sewer when you showered and brushed your teeth. One bathroom sink did not drain well so we did not use it. If we would love have used it, there would have been dirty residue remaining in the sink. I asked for a double bed room but they gave me one king size bed. The employees at the food stations are disgruntled. Seems like they are overworked. There was only one employee at the beach bar, fries section, and pizza section with looooong lines of people waiting to get their food. Because of this, the employees are not friendly and welcoming.

The resort was nice and clean. Food was superb! Staff are friendly and helpful. Beach and pool are wonderful. The only thing is they need to update their rooms and bathroom. Overall a great resort.

This was my second time staying at this property and hopefully NOT my last. Everything was perfect! I want to give a special thank you to Victor galdino morales from the restaurant Hellios. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great dining experience!!! This is one of the best resorts to stay at when visiting Cancun! I’ll be back soon hopefully. Thanks again! ❤️
