I hate having to pay extra for baggage

Luggage frees are rediculous. And no free beverages. Not worth the cheaper ticket prices. I would rather pay more for southwest and better amenities.

On time, no delay.

Frontier has zero frills but was on time and it was a quick flight.

It took a long time for the luggage to come to the carousel in Las Vegas. It's quicker in NYC and Savannah GA.

My husband and I had separate tickets but checked in at same time and were not given seats together and when we asked they told us there weren’t any 2 seats together., unless we paid a fee! After boarding, we discovered that the plane was only half booked??!! Attendant was kind enough to arrange for us to sit together, though Guess I need to select my own seats in advance next time Disability assistance was arranged at connecting flight, which was nice but discovered we were not sitting together on this flight either. We arrived 90 mini before boarding so I think the seats could have been arranged. I’ve never had this problem with other airlines and I travel 5-6 times a year.
