Flights Review

Feb 23, 2020

Two flights boarded at gates adjacent to each other creating some chaos organizing the lines. The leg room on Volaris is unforgiving.

long line in Merida

Aug 17, 2019

Overall great experience! Only problem are the seats. They are uncomfortable for a longer than 1 hour flight.

Aug 7, 2019

Easy process through Mexico City. Short comfortable flight to Monterrey.

Sep 25, 2018

TSA at LAX was very rude. Their new way of placing your belonging in the trays on two ramps is ineffective and confusing. The Asian guy, TSA officer was ordering the customers was very rude and yelling at people. The night was Sept 16, 2018

paying for a checked bag is a bummer. paying for it being over weight was ok...my fault for putting so much stuff in the suitcase.

Jun 1, 2018

When I arrived in Atlanta, there were no wheelchairs which I requested due to having a recet hip repacement and a hernia operation last week. I ended up having to walk with my cane through immigration, customs and to the gate for my next flught. When I arrived in Norgolk, there were wheelchairs but no one to push them. The desk attendant was escorting an unaccompanied minor and after he deplaned, she wheeled me to the main lobby.
