I found my luggage broken when pick it at the baggage claim. The staff at the check in desk was helpful with sending baggage incident file for me, but not received any response yet, maybe I have to wait until next monday.

Easy check in, including one free bag. Flights were short so only drinks and snacks were offered, which is OK. We have used Interjet before and will likely do so again, as they do a nice job.
