didnt like the double bad fee and not able to pick my seat prior to check in.
Pilot and staff kept us informed about the bad weather and heavy turbulence during most of the flight, so there were not service for the safety of passengers and staff. I just wondering if there is another route to avoid this kind of scary flights?
