With sooo many airlines offering ZERO anything but the most basic, to be in a plane that the seats recline, you get some drink and food is a great plus. Not giving you ANY problem or charge to bring a carry on on board was a nice touch. I will for sure look to book on this airline in the future!!

Although Air Canada has responded with recompensation for our flight delay of two days, the service in the airport in Mexico City by Air Canada staff was atrocious!!!! They literally left us standing for hours on end in the airport with no updates on flight status!
