Everything was easy. We arrived late - shuttle showed up quick, check in was easy. Check out was also a breeze. Everyone was friendly. Would definitely stay again if I am flying in or out of PIT early or late. Very convenient. Only downside - breakfast not included.

The facility was not very well maintained. The bathtub had nicks bottom of the tub, the back of thebathroom door had 4 or 5 holes. At the breakfast bar there was pancake mix but no syrup, and there was a $50 charge if you took food or drink back to your room but rooms had no coffee maker.
