Great experience! Too many people sleep on Drury when in my opinion, they are some of the best value/experience hotels in the business! Front desk personnel were personable and gave us all info we needed, hotel was clean, room was great size and bed was very comfortable!!!

Amazing hotel! The staff here are wonderful and kind, food was great, valet parking stuff great as well. Would recommend and will be staying here again.

The manager was incredibly rude for no reason. She had been pleasant helping an employee check in and when she got to us, her demenaor and even voice changed. She clearly was irritated to have to help us check in. While the staff was lovely and so helpful, it didn’t make up for her. The pool was freezing, wait times for valet was upwards of an hour on the weekend but no other choice to park your own car on site. Will not be returning here.

Great place to stay in Downtown Pittsburgh. Helpful and friendly staff. Good Buffet breakfast. Quiet and comfortable place to rest yet within walking distance of many great places to eat.
