I found every member of the staff at the Drury Pittsburgh to be very helpful. They were proactively helpful and answered questions when I asked for information about the area. I found the hotel to be very well kept. I found the room to be clean, pleasant, and with plenty of space in the main area and bathroom. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Rooms are ok, but very dark. This is a simple 3 star hotel by international standards. The only reason to stay here is that it is in walking distance to the exhibition centre. The breakfast is awful - as per international standards. Lots of sugar, sugar, and more sugar. By American standards, it is average. Hotel is thus a 3 star hotel, nothing more, nothing less.

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and not overcrowded. Rooms are large with very high ceilings and the art deco architecture is beautiful. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay in downtown Pittsburgh.

Outstanding service throughout the staff. Wonderful breakfast. Great location. We’ve been to the Drury in StLouis Amit is great. That’s what convinced us to stay at the Drury in Pittsburgh! Facility is very well maintained!

The photos on the website look nothing like the actual hotel. The lobby and breakfast area appeared bright and modern in the pictures, but in reality everything is dark and outdated. The same goes for the room — very dim. That said, the room and bathroom were spotless. The mattress was quite soft and saggy; they really need to replace it, as well as the pillows. Even though everything was clean, the gloomy atmosphere of the hotel didn’t help at all. The front desk staff, however, were very kind and helpful.
