Above all, I must commend the staff of this property. From check-in to check-out, every staff encounter was 5 star. Extremely accommodating, engaging and friendly, they sincerely all made my family and me feel welcome. I truly believe I could not have received better service at any other property. Thank you all for making my family event a special occasion. As for the property, it does not feel like a box chain property. Remodeled quite nicely, it retains the deco era throughout main levels, and do not forget to go to the lower level to see the vaults. Our room was great, as I got a better than reserved, super spacious and again, perfect for family space w/ fridge & microwave a big plus. The breakfast was abundant with tons of options, and evening happy hour was a super added bonus, as was the 8th floor open terrace with great city views and tons of seating. We ate in The Kitchen one night, all was tasty and fairly priced, with excellent service as well. The all day coffee/tea service is a huge plus! Property location is great, in the walkable city with tons of Golden Triangle options/convention center at both doors. Overnight off property parking was easy/affordable in garage across the street, with easy and free street parking nights and weekend. Although I didn't use it, the indoor pool looked fabulous. There were many other services I didn't use like self-laundry, wifi and computer stations, but it's nice to know they're available. I definitely look forward to going back.

Top Choice for Downtown Pitt

Great experience! Too many people sleep on Drury when in my opinion, they are some of the best value/experience hotels in the business! Front desk personnel were personable and gave us all info we needed, hotel was clean, room was great size and bed was very comfortable!!!
