Enjoyed the staff. Not sure i have her name correct, Serbia, who worked front desk and cleaned up after happy hour and breakfast, but she was awesome. Loved our conversation as my daughter waited patiently for us to conversate. Told her i get back there 5 times a year and definitely will get a room.

My buddy and I have stayed here now 3 times when we come to town for Steeler's games, and we are never disappointed. Room and beds always clean and comfortable, free breakfast is great, staff is friendly and accommodating, free dinner is a plus, location is great, as only a 15-20 minute walk to the stadiums. We will definitely be back!

Love the city vibe of this place! Such a great experience for the price! We can have the big city experience without the big city price! Thanks for making this experience so great! Rooms are impeccable and beautiful. Good meal experience - appreciate the kickback, snacks, breakfast!

EVERYTHING stood out. This was the best stay i have ever had a hotel. All staff were kind, personable, and helpful. We felt like we were at home. All the amenities were fantastic, but truly the staff was out of this world.

Only hotel I’ve stayed at that serves breakfast & dinner with your reservation. Also, you get a free alcohol beverage, then the next 2 are $1 at “kickback @ 5:30pm!!! That’s worth booking a reservation even if you’re attached to a different hotel chain. Property was clean, room 409 was spacious, staff friendly, good food, average pricing. I also like that you cannot move on the elevator, get in gym or pool unless you have a room key. And after a certain hour you need it to get inside hotel. Keeps unwanted loitering to a minimum. Parking is the only negative. “Pennsylvania lower lot” across from Greyhound station a block away is cheaper than valet & more spacious. In the middle of downtown this maybe my new go to spot.

My stay at the Drury was absolutely perfect! Well, the fire alarm went off one morning at 430 a.m and we had to evacuate the room, but other than that, it was absolutely perfect. From the front desk staff, to EVS, to the bartenders, to the dining staff I have not one complaint. I will look for a Drury hotel in any city or state that I visit from now on. They are definitely the best! Btw...GO STEELERS!!!! Way to beat the Ravens!!!
