The Orbitz website said that their shuttle started at 3 am when I got there it was actually 4 and by 4 they mean around 4. I was scared I was going to miss my flight. The towels had hair weaved in to them and it was a very noisy area.

VERY RUDE staff, almost missed my early flight because they insisted I hadn’t made a reservation for the airport shuttle when, in fact, I had. They were dismissive, never apologized, didn’t offer a solution, overall, unpleasant staff. I used to stay at this hotel at least twice or three times a year (even during the pandemic), never again!! Be aware that if you need to be at the airport really early in the morning, the shuttle won’t be guaranteed. I had to pay $24 dollars for an Uber at 4:30 in the morning. Pay a little extra and stay somewhere else. I learned my lesson.

It was an okay hotel. Breakfast was horrible and didn’t really have anything. BEDS were horrible, my back started hurting instantly. They only give one tiny tiny bottle of shampoo and two bars of soap. Would not stay again or at any of these locations.

Right price for a short stay until time for airport. Across from where we had parking reservations.

The hotel staff was not very friendly. They did not speak when we enter the hotel nor did they speak when we left. When we checked out. The guy at the front desk never ask how was our stay.

Food and gas very close and the airport is minutes away

No microwave or refrigerator in the room and no one told us about it l think it should be on every room

Staff was very friendly and helpful and shuttle service was very good and prompt

Great location, close to the airport, free airport shuttle, friendly staff, and comfortable room. No complaints, I’ll stay here again in the future.

Very clean, helpful staff, has a buffet breakfast that starts at 0400, a great benefit for people who have to get to the airport very early. Very good quality for the price.
