Very clean hotel in great location. Stay was very friendly and accommodating. You can easily access other neighborhoods within minutes. Pet friendly. Would definitely stay again.

When we checked in, the front desk asked us if we wanted the room to be cleaned the next day. We said yes. When we showered that night there was hardly any shower gel left and the alarm clock showed a time that was an 1 & 1/2 hours ahead of the actual time. We didn’t say anything about the shower gel bc we figured it would get taken care of when the room was cleaned. The next day we left around 7:30am and returned to the around 5:00pm and the room was never cleaned. I let the front desk know but told them it was too late to clean it bc we needed to shower and leave for a planned dinner. The front desk person said she would get it fixed for the next day, but we were leaving the next day. I have stayed there before and was happy with each stay but not so much this time.

Staff looked tired, uninterested and unhappy. Reception was cold. Breakfast had a couple of fruits by way of healthy options but both the oranges and the bananas were not fresh and even rotten. No effort made to find good fruit was made and no apology offered. Will not be staying here again.
