The room was in good condition and well appointed for a 2-star motel, so no complaints there. But the hallway, stairs, and outdoor area were really grimy, smelly, and had garbage bags just left sitting around. The location itself is a noisy, busy commercial strip, and not an area where one can cross the street on foot. Overall, we slept fine, but the price was higher than the quality of the hotel or its location should merit.

I have stayed here before and have had great experiences. However, this stay was horrible. Our room was in next to a group that blasted loud music in the parking lot all night. I called to desk and was told they would "send the police to ask them to keep the noise down again". Around 6am a group gather on the walkway and sat outside our window yelling and laughing. I tapped on the window and was rewarded with a middle finger. At this point we decided there would be no more rest for us and left. At checkout, I complained to the clerk (Ava). She shrugged gave a halfhearted apology and tried to tell me that they had called the police on the group multiple times so the hotel was not responsible.
Nothing at all it was the worst.

Okay value for what you get (roadside hotel with parking and pets included). Maybe understandably, there was pet hair ALL over our blankets. Even though the entire back half of the hotel was empty they still had rooms booked right next to one another which I thought was a bad look for social distancing. Both of our neighbors on either side were smoking out their front door. Great breakfast place next door. Given we are traveling with a dog across the country on a budget, this was a moderately clean stay for an affordable price and would stay again (if I had to)

The man at the check-in desk was awesome he was very cordial we had a problem with with the first room that I he gave us because my wife has allergies and he took care of us really well thank you bye
People honestly expect this hotel to be one of the ones in downtown Pittsburgh. It is clean, comfortable, and the staff are really helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
This hotel was the absolute most disgusting hotel I have ever seen in my entire life. When my girlfriend and I inspected the bed for cleanliness we found that all 4 pillows on the bed were stained and unusable. We then pulled the fitted sheet off the bed to make sure there were no bed bugs we discovered that the mattress was COMPLETELY COVERED in urine and blood stains. The mattress was so disgusting I felt like I needed a shower just from being in the room. The girl working the counter was rude and when I told her about the room and mattress she could not have cared any less if she tried. I contacted Orbitz and got a full refund for the room. Under NO circumstances would I recommend that any human being stay at this hotel. I hope this review saves someone from wasting their time even considering this as an option, you are literally better off sleeping in your car or on a park bench than this hotel.
