Unnecessarily long check in process Not enough towels in our room Sleeping in the bed gave me a rash

I didn't need the first night of my stay, but it was too late to cancel and rebook. So I checked in, washed my hands and used a towel, then turned the A/C off and left the room for the night, putting up a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. The next day I walked back in the room and found the AC on, along with the towel having been replaced. I immediately went to the front desk and asked why somebody had been in my room. "Well, you didn't have any belongings in there, so it looked like you were an early check-out." Well, why was the person IN MY ROOM IN THE FIRST PLACE? The door said Do Not Disturb! "Um, I'm not sure. Sorry, I can't explain that." Everything else was fine with the stay (I did spend the next two nights in the room). And when I placed the DND on the door again (and left a note saying "Don't Enter My Room" on the floor), I came back with no changes having been made. However, I still give the staff a very low grade for disregarding my DND. If you can't trust the staff to stay out of your room when you tell them not to enter, can you trust them at all?

sits back from the main road and i drove right by it... the windows in the room were very dirty, the toilet is broken when you sit on it, it wobbles back and forth.. no fridge or micro most places i stay they have these and dont charge you extra for them. beds were comfortable.

Didn't like the laminate flooring in the rooms, they were sticky and I didn't have socks. I loved the bed and would love to buy a set of their bedding!!

It was a perfectly serviceable hotel. I wasn't expecting anything fancy. The room was very comfortable, but it had not been cleaned thoroughly. I found trash on the floor both next to the bed and under the counter.

The hardwood floors were dirty and sticky; the bed sheets were slightly dirty. The towels and wash clothes were either stained or dirty. The property smelled of weed.

The price was fair. There was a wonderful restaurant next door.

Room was filthy. Bed sheets were on inside out and overall room was very dirty and gross. Wouldn’t ever come back.

Terrible hotel. Run down, noisy, nasty looking rooms. It was only $59 but still terrible.

There was no cleaning in the room everyday. The plugs on the stand were not working. The sink tap was not working properly. The bed and comforter were good. Rest are ok.

Pubic hair’s and dirt in the bathtub and dirty carpets.
