I liked the prompt service when I checked it and the friendly staff. I was disappointed that the pool slide was not running from the 25th until the new year, as we were the in that week.
I chose this hotel for the hot tub and continental breakfast, I was pleased by how nice the room was!
Pillows were a bit lumpy, but otherwise had lots of fun with the kids in the pool.
Stayed here every summer for the past 11 years. This year was very disappointing. Stayed for nearly a week and they only came to clean the room once the day before checking out and they left the garbage and recycling bin full. Renovations are also ongoing and the halls were horrible. Won't be going back unfortunately.

Hello, With stay overs we do attend and tidy up including bathrooms, floors, re make of the beds (change sheets every three days on a stay over) however we do not tough personal belongings or move personal items. As mentioned we are changing wall coverings in the hotel and there is some mess during this process. We apologize for that discomfort. Carpets have been steam cleaned and are on a 3 week rotation. We do work hard to ensure a fresh clean property. I do hope you return again. Raymond General Manager
