Love Love Love this home! It had everything we needed in the kitchen, the beds were ALL comfy and the hot tub was amazing! You are close to the grocery store and downtown! We will most definitely book again when in Steamboat!

Great stay - nice to bring our dog

Great location, quiet neighborhood but close to stores and town (10 minutes to town).One area for improvement would be to upgrade the bed in the primary - it was soft.

Great house for a wonderful ski vacation

The Pronghorn Peak house was a really great property for our group. It is located within walking distance to the ski slopes. It had a large, well equipped kitchen, a great family room for relaxing and watching TV. Best of all, it had a fabulous hot tub on the deck where we could all relax at the end of our ski days. I would definitely recommend Proghorn Peak to anyone who has a large group that needs a great place to stay.

Fantastic space for a family gathering

This house worked perfectly for 7 of us and we didn't have to leave our pup at home. Thanks for a great Christmas! My only complaint is that the mattress on the bed we used was in need of replacement; pretty saggy, but I can only speak to the one bedroom we used- I think the other bedrooms had better mattresses.

Comfortable home near slopes

We enjoyed our stay, the kitchen was large enough to have many people cooking and the large table was great for eating and games. The hot tub right out the great room door was very nice. The bedrooms were fine, some mattresses were a little soft. In general the manager was always prompt with a reply and providing items that were not present when we arrived. The neighborhood was quiet and not far from the base of the ski slopes. We would rent this again.

Family Gathering at Pronghorn Peak

Beautiful Fall Weekend

We had a family vacation in Steamboat. The location of the unit was away from the main roads. The house was well decorated and comfortable. Lots of room to spread out and a great room upstairs for kids. We even had a moose family camp out in the back yard! Hot tub was a nice addition. We appreciated the extra parking space. We would stay at your house again in the future.

Family vacation

House was very nice. Kitchen well stocked and even had a good spice cupboard stocked with more than just salt and pepper. A slight mix up at check in as they were painting house next door and scheduled to start our rental next but everything was worked out. Property management was very easy to work with and quick to respond.

Family Vacation

Wonderful home near the base at Steamboat ski resort. Very fast walk (on walking paths) to restaurants, beer tasting room, small grocery store, mountain base, gondola, creek water play area, mountain biking. Home is not air conditioned but stayed comfortable for us, even in the heat of the day. We had a wonderful time!

Stove burners only partially light, furniture needs cleaned, tile in master bath is moldy under rug, curtain over sliding ding door not secure it fell and nearly knocked my husband out, fan in upper bedroom doesn’t work. Baking pans in kitchen are just disgusting, silverware and dishes just mismatched, chipped old. I was disappointed.

Great Home for a vacation

Home is large enough for a family of 8. Multi-generation 6-66 years old. Room to gather together or for quite time. Convenient to town, stores and activities. Quite neighborhood. Some restaurants are close that you can walk to. Hot tub was a big hit after a busy day. Had groceries delivered by GroceryMom. We would rent again.

Enjoyed our stay in this fantastic house. Superb service by the Four Seasons Steamboat staff and a very comfortable home. Felt like we were in our own house. Close enough to the Gondola to walk.

Large and comfortable

Our family of 7 needed a place convenient and comfortable for everyone including the non skiers. This place fit the bill. We barricaded the stairs to confine the 2 year old to the main floor and it worked fine. Management was quick to respond to any inquiries.
