Great location, right next to gondola and in downtown. Perfect for getting around town. Parking is an issue and we were in the gravel lot next door. Only negative was that there was no fridge in room.

Have stayed at this property numerous times in different seasons. Live the staff, breakfast and size and comfortability of the rooms. Unfortunately this stay we had someone in next room who played a loud tv for hours during afternoon and night so I have to reduce what is typically an excellent hotel to good.

Great hotel, excellent location, would stay again.

The stay was great. I wish there was a pool. For summer the hot tub seemed a little too warm (especially during the day). The staff was great (especially the maids). The breakfast was better than we expected. Our biggest disappointment was the discomfort of the beds. The mattress seemed old. Also I was expecting a queen bed and the room was two full size beds. Ontop of the beds being a bit small, they were uncomfortable, especially for 3 nights in a row. 1 other thing we were disappointed there was no refrigerator in the room. Other than that, the location was amazing & rooms were clean!!! We would like to return in the winter and try a different room (hoping the beds would be better in some of the larger rooms). I will also mention the TV channels sucked (woulda been nice to have something on for the kids) other than 1 movie we couldn’t really get any channels to connect.

Great room, spacious, fire place, well decorated, large up to date bathroom. Staff was friendly and helpful. Telluride is gorgeous and this property fit right in with that appeal. Shops and dining were within walking distance and the gondala is right next door. Perfect vacay!

Could not have be any closer to free chair lift that takes you to Mountain Village. Right downtown. Nice breakfast and amazing spa with view of the mountains.

The TV reception is a real problem. Every few minutes the TV loses connectivity and then takes several minutes to reconnect. For a 30 minute show the reception is lost about 2-3 times

Nice staff. Older property desperately in need of new beds. I felt like I was sleeping in a pull out couch. You could feel and hear the springs in the mattress. I didn think they still made mattresses like that so suspect the beds are quite old. Also double beds which are just too small for two adults. Huge rooms which could accommodate larger beds. Great location for walking around town and staff was helpful.
