Nice hotel it’s right by the Glenwood hot springs. Few things we didn’t like that they charge for parking. Rooms don’t have water kettle. Also I guess when you book through Orbitz/expedia it doesn’t always show them in the computer so we had to wait for while just to check into the rooms. Otherwise 8/10 friendly staff good location

It’s a beautiful hotel. Lots of old character and charm. The rooms are so big. Plenty of space for my family. The staff at check in were so helpful, gave us tips on what to check out in town and how to get where we were going. Great experience!

No air conditioning and takes a while for the Hot water to run beautiful hotel needs a lot of attention the whole town of Glenwood Springs could use a touch of paint beautiful spring flowers popping up everywhere such an amazing place to visit.

World Class Hotel and Service.
Loved the hotel, location, hotel shuttle and service was A+, made it to our train because Thomas was on top of it, getting our luggage and us to the train. Loved the hot springs and everything about the grand hotel.

I came to this hotel as my partner and I wanted to enjoy this wonderful piece of history together. The hotel was in great condition and had many original features. I was disappointed as the hotel staff were aloof and rather unwelcoming. We were further disappointed to discover that this hotel has become quiet the party seen. Instead of being able to find solitude in this historic landmark, we were kept up until 2am by loud, intoxicated guests. Between their loud speaking voices that carried down the halls, stopping, banging, and even fighting with security guards, it was incredibly difficult to sleep.
