Glenwood Springs Inn

Decent hotel, perfect for what we needed. Three guys on a hiking adventure and they gave us a room with three separate beds. Continental breakfast was on par. Staff was very friendly and helpful, though they forgot to clean our room one day.

Not that great of an experience. Motel and rooms didn't really look like pics online. I was especially disappointed with all of the old carpet and trash completely covering the balcony of the room above the main office. No coffee in rooms or coffee maker. The only coffee on the property was in the dining room where the continental breakfast was served. However, several signs were posted that it was forbidden to leave the dining room with the coffee or any food or drinks. Overall impression of this motel is that it is very cheap and every guest is there to steal. I get that that may be true, but I don't like the feeling that I am staying in a place where the guest and staff are like this. I live forty miles from Glenwood Springs, and I have stayed in many hotels/motels there, and I can tell you that it's easy to do a lot better than here, and it's not representative of the other hotels/motels in the area.

I like the convenience of location of this hotel. The continental breakfast was not the greatest, but it is part of the cost of the room.

Well maintained facility. Convenient to town, good parking.

This hotel owned by Polish couple is super clean. I enjoyed sleeping in a bed that not only had very clean sheets, but also smelled fresh. The interior is modern and nicely decorated with curtains in the windows. The windowsills are also clean. The breakfast area is spacious ( good for larger groups). Breakfast is served on real plates and silverware is also provided.Very pleasant experience. I didn't want to leave.

Very close to hot springs and just off the highway. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was okay.

Clean, convenient motel. Walking distance to Glenwood springs pools and restaurants Not a resort, but adequate for a nights stay

If you just want a place to sleep and don't care about road noise then this place works. We left shortly after checking in and paid for a new hotel.

The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was less than adequate. The housekeeping staff did not always finish cleaning the room.

For being the first time it was great. I like the location. Walking distance to a few places in my list. Thanks.

The bar of soap that was in the bathroom was cracked on the top and white on the bottom in an old box that was wet on the bottom and it was Irish Spring the carpet tack was exposed from the carpets and I stepped on it and there was an open dumpster right in front of my door and the TV barely worked it has lines through the picture

There is major construction happening in the parking lot. We were placed directly in front of the excavator vehicle's current swath. I complained the next morning and the proprietor (a nice woman) moved us for the next night to a room more protected from the racket which I appreciated. The rooms are clean and cozy. I feel we should have been forewarned, and without that, offered a discount. Construction may be inevitable, but why should we be expected to pay the same rate as if it were not a terrible inconvenience? The location is perfect- walking distance from everything.

Good location to downtown and to the adventure park tram. Very bare bones hotel. Only Queen beds are available. Room was pretty clean but sparse. Towels look more like rags. No hair dryers.

A newly remodeled motor inn, right in the center of town. Some rooms have a nice view of the mountain outside, the rest can see it from their doorway. I stayed in summer and was just passing through so I can't speak for the trail or slope accessibility.

Very basic but also very clean and close to everything. Fridge & microwave & free WIFI. Basic cable but you're not there for the TV lineup:). It would have been nice to have a drawer or two but I was very pleased with our stay overall. MUST try the Bavarian Restaurant next door for breakfast!

This was truly an awful experience. We were supposed to stay two nights, but only ended up staying one. It was worth it to us to leave, even if we still had to pay for the second night. The guests above us and next to us were so loud and rude. Their kids were riding scooters right outside our windows until late into the night. Management did nothing to stop it. We were unable to get our own young kids to sleep with all the noise going on. The "continental breakfast" consisted of hard bagels and dry muffins. Glenwood is a pretty town, but when we return we will NEVER again stay at this motel.

My room reeked of Pine Sol. I had to air it out to be able to stay in it.

We usually camp and don't stay in motels because we have our dogs, but we decided to stay here one night and have a night on the town. Such a good price considering we had the two dogs and it's everything you need if you're not planning on sitting around in a motel room all day. **Note** When booking it does NOT ask whether you are travelling with pets, but when you check in you are required to pay $30 per pet!!

Clean room, accomodating staff, good restaurants nearby, very well located.

arrived at 10pm room was ready and clean, quiet off the main road close to I70

I apologize for not having a wonderful experience with us, we do always strive for providing very clean rooms, great night stay and awesome customer service. It is true we do have a sign it is not made for some coffee and please do not think it is that we think you are stealing it is meant to be a kind reminder not too take too much food to the room, we keep our rates low and we have faced a lot of food being wasted and thrown out all over the rooms. Thank you so much!!!
