Did not have much hot breakfast options for vegetarian/vegan persons. They had only oranges in fruits. No bananas or apples.

Decent beds. Breakfast was good.

Didn’t like how we were supposed to check in at 3 pm we got there an hour later around 4 and still had to wait 30 mins for a room to be cleaned and front desk person was completely clueless.

Service communication actitud very back never back

Room was clean. Walls, ceiling, and floors are poorly insulated. We could hear other people all night. Otherwise a good experience.

Avoid this Holiday Inn. Old and dated. The staff does not control the noise or activity. Our room was next door to maid quarters and they hang out listening to music and leave their carts in front of the doors in hallway. Room 117 is near office as well and the guests above us had several small children running around until 1am. Started again at 6am. The guests next door kept trying to open our joining door and banging on it. They also had a huge domestic dispute and my daughter was frightened. The staff just hid and allowed all of this. There is only one ice machine and it’s 3rd floor and oldest thing I ever seen. It was banging around like a horror movie and actually swung open once. Floors were soaked from ice machine and pool guests mixed with mud , including the elevator. There was trash and cigarette butts everywhere. While checking out the attendant answered the phone and talked for 5-10 minutes with 2 other people in line waiting. Avoid this hellhole

Parking was an issue. Had to park in the hotel next door as there wasn't enough spots available. Otherwise, no complaints about the hotel. It was very good.

Property was fairly new when we stayed, very clean, as we have come to expect from HIE. I did not think much of it when I found a dirty, dried washcloth in the bathtub upon arriving. I simply tossed it aside. Things happen. My absolute favorite thing with HIE are their breakfast cinnamon rolls. We didn’t have any the morning we checked out. Bummer. The cherry on top of our stay was a charge for $25, evidently for a towel taken from the room which I have yet to find. We simply do not have it. All considered, this was one our most unfortunate stay at a HIE.

Staff was super friendly. Beds and pillows were very comfy. Flat screen tv was nice size and pulled away from the wall and adjusted to angle view. Loved the room darkening shade that helped provide good rest. Air was cold but it didn’t stay on very long. Room had microwave and refrigerator. Also had lots of outlets and USBs. Shower head had adjustable settings. Breakfast was excellent. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage patties, sausage links, omelets, biscuits, sausage/gravy, bread, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, muffins, milk/juice. Pool and hot tub was nice and clean. Everything was clean and worked great! Lots of things within walking distance. Definitely would stay here again if in the area! 5 Star rating for me!

Pool closed and had walk to the Hampton next door. Staff was exceptional and a nice gentleman but the construction outside and in the lot and the pool being closed. Bummer

Very friendly staff and clean facilities. Breakfast was great and staff very accommodating.

OK stay. dirty sheets on one of the queen beds. Breakfast food and plates gone by 7:00AM

Breakfast was awesome. Staff was pleasant and helpful specially Renee the manager on duty at our time of check-in!

Far too expensive for what you get. Embassy suites in Denver was 1/2 the price and far better quality Two double beds yet EVERY day they gave us 2 towels. We had to ask for more towels and more shampoo EVERY day. Breakfast was below par.

We had a great visit and would definitely stay here again! Kids loved the pool and hot tub, the breakfast was very good (typical Holiday Inn). The best part was that the hotel had a MAGICIAN!! Friday night we had a magic show to ourselves by the pool, and it was fantastic. Best hotel perk we've had in a while, the whole family is still talking about it.

This hotel is not up to par for a holiday inn express. Our bathroom was literally rotting away. The tile was coming up in places, the wallpaper was coming off the wall, and the bathtub creaked like it was going to fall through the floor when you took a shower. We have stayed in a lot of holiday inn express hotels and this was by far he worst.

Bad experience rooms are dirty staff could care less

I had issues with my room and feel that I deserve a partial refund on my stay. We slept well and the breakfast was good but there were 3 things that might deserve a discount 1. The Jacuzzi was not working 2. The pull-out couch cushions were damp (not the mattress)3) there was a ton of black hair on the shower walls (and I was the 1st in the shower)

Thank you for the feedback on your recent stay stay with us. I have spoken to housekeeping about the washcloth you found in your room so we do not encounter this type of issue in the future. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I looked at your folio and there was not a charge on the account for $25 we do have an authorization of $25 at check in, this is for incidentals and drops off after check out. I apologize this was not communicated to you. We hope that you will visit us again on your next trip to Glenwood Springs.
