Our trip was an excellent adventure- sort of a spur of the moment thing. We enjoyed every element of it- the train trip thru the Glenwood Canyon, and remarkable new Irom Mountain hot springs, some good food, and excellent accommodations at the Glenwood Springs (CO) Antlers motel. Hotel Location is close to everything, the room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for our family. Walls are a bit thin so it was easy to hear people walking around above us. Overall, it served our purposes for a short mountain getaway just fine!
Simple housing with everything you need for the price, no frills, which is what I wanted. Mostly clean, friendly helpful staff. Easy access to the train station if you don’t have a car. Decent restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to the hot springs locations in town.
Satisfactory hotel experience for the cost. The man working the front desk when we checked out was great. Extremely pleasant friendly character. We had no problems checking in or out and the room suited our needs fine.

In one day, any visitor to Glenwood Springs can explore the historical fairy caves at the Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park, go kayaking and whitewater rafting down the Roaring Fork River, and relieve aches and pains at the hot springs.
Glenwood Springs hotels will serve good food, but the best dining experiences can be enjoyed at the Italian Underground, Tequila's, Juicy Lucy's, and Glenwood Brewery.
One of the more beautiful experiences here is a trip on the fully enclosed glass gondolas on the Iron Mountain Tram, a bird's eye view of the mountains, valleys, and rivers.
Glenwood Springs hotels provide information on shopping areas such as hunting for gemstones at the Silver Bead as well as pirate books at the Book Train.
Skiing and white-water rafting are the most talked-about sporting attractions here, and Glenwood Springs hotels put any adventurous traveler right at the foot of the mountain or bank of the river.
This is a nice, clean motel with friendly desk help. It is a bit off the main drag, which makes it quiet.
Excellent breakfast and warm cookies every night. Comfy, clean room. Staff was very nice, wish they had a pool outside, other than that it was prefect!
