Good location in Glenwood for a variety of activities. Really clean despite accepting dogs. Facilities are great- swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court, playground and fire pits. Would definitely stay here again.

Great. Was able to check in early. Enjoyed the pool.

We had 2 rooms, both were very clean and slightly larger than the average hotel room. Double bed was a little too small for 2 adults, but otherwise the room was great. Breakfast was average and plentiful. The Glenwood Hot Springs pool is about 4 blocks away.

Will stay their again ,good price. Good access nice con.breakfast

Comfortable room. Excellent location. We went over spring break and breakfast was crazy busy in the am. It would've been nice to keep it open a little bit later.

It has a good location and is priced fair. The amenities are great especially enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and play ground for the kids. Free breakfast was good as well. The rooms are outdated and uncomfortable.

Gave us early check in. Thanksroims next to each other too. Lots of people made it difficult when eating breakfast but the food was great.

This hotel has a great location to the Adventure park and both hot springs. The walls are thin so you will hear people as they come an go but not terrible. We were on the 1st level and I think I would ask for the 2nd level

This was a great place for the price, in a good location, very clean. Breakfast was great, too!

Very relaxing, loved the wildlife outside the hotel

Good staff and excellent room condition & breakfast

Check in was quick and easy. They extended our chevkout time by an hour . There are fire pits with chairs, pool, hot tub, laundry. Very comfortable. I'll go back for sure.

Although an older property with outdoor access, we found the hotel to be in great shape. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Beds were firm and supportive. A "classy" property in many ways.

Good location but rooms need updating. But breakfast was good and staff helpful.

Nice fire pits on grass for evening wine and cheese or picnic.

We stayed one night at the BW Antlers and were happy with our stay. We arrived early and were able to check in at 1:30 with no problem. Shenovia was friendly and courteous during check-in. Yes, our room was dated and dark (I read that the rooms will be renovated next year), but it was clean, quiet and comfortable. One note: the toilet was extremely short so if you have physical limitations, it might be hard to get up. The outdoor amenities (kids' play area, pool, hot tub, fire pits, volleyball court, horseshoe pits, chairs and side tables under the trees, etc.) really add to the experience. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Hot Springs Pool and downtown (for restaurants and shops). Breakfast included all the usual continental items plus sausage, scrambled eggs and waffles. There was plenty of seating and even though we arrived during the last hour of breakfast, every breakfast item was available (nothing had run out). I lost an earring back and asked Shenovia at the front desk if there happened to be a spare one anywhere. She looked in the front desk drawer and in the back of the office and, not finding one, offered me one of hers. I declined, but talk about going above and beyond! We would definitely stay again.

Nice quiet hotel. Friendly staff. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool.

Pros: Clean, good air conditioning system, yummy breakfast. Cons: no refrigerator, can't check in until 4... Apparently no wiggle room here. Also, we had a little trouble with the booking. No big deal, but the woman at the desk went silent on us. So weird. She just stared at the computer and didn't communicate what she was trying to do to fix things in the computer. She needs more training in customer service for sure. (Another woman who worked upfront seem to be able to handle everything... So can't give staff one lump rating.)

Check in was a little too late for my liking. We got there 5 minutes before 4pm, room not ready quoted 20min for it to be, so we waited. Went back in 30 and given our room key. Got to room, door was open and not everything was clean. We assumed we interupted the housekeeping, so left for another hour or so and room was ready. Great room, harder bed, but we like it that way. Refrigerator was not very big and not great at cooling, but ok for the couple nights we stayed. Pool and hot tub was a nice treat. Breakfast was breads and muffins, waffles, some fruit selection, eggs, breakfast meats, cereal, yogurt, coffee and juices....so pretty good selections and nice sitting area/lobby for seating. Was in walking distance of Hot Springs, the downtown area and Restaurants. Suggest coming late for check in and maybe for them to upgrade the fridges, but I would come back!

The only problem we had with the hotel was the noisy air conditioner. We did complain to the staff and we were placed in a different room right away. The air conditioner was quiet! Recommend you check the air conditioner out before you settle in a room .
