Very nice place and clean. Walking distance to everything and my grand babies enjoyed the pool and swings. Will definitely be back!

Hotel was clean and tidy. Grounds around the buildings were so beautiful. Room was quiet overnight, even though we were facing the main road. Only concern was that the front desk employee wasn't wearing a mask - that seems like a basic expectation right now.

The room was clean and large enough. Sandy, at reception was very welcoming and friendly and eager to help with a smooth check-in. The room next door had a dog left unaccompanied at around 6:45am, and the dog repeatedly whined for an hour until I called reception and the occupants returned. Losing sleep is stressful. I don't blame the dog, but I do blame the inconsiderate owners. The pool area looks fine when viewing the online photos, but in reality the chair cushions were rather dirty and the tables could use cleaning from time to time as they were stained with dry beverages and/ or food.

We stay here every few months. We adore the staff and the property in its entirety.

Great value, fire pits at night and pool is a plus

Location was nice. Staff was friendly. Had to request a coffee pot for the room, but other than that it was all good.

Have a good time with the family. 100% familias need to say there.

All around amazing experience. Staff was fun and helpful.

Great value, highly recommend and will definitely stay again when visiting the area

We were able to get a great price and also bring our dog. Perfect for our quick weekend get away.

Older hotel but kept up to modern standards and still keeps the history of the hotel. Staff was very nice. 2 pools - 1 regular and another for smaller kids completely separate from the other pool. Very large hot tub. Both pools were at a warm temperature making it fun and pleasurable for kids to swim during colder outside temperatures.

Made an online reservation for this hotel and then realized I had entered the wrong date when I got the confirmation. There was no availability for the next day and they would not cancel my reservation and refund my money. Sandy at the front desk was not pleasant to work with and hung up on me twice while I was still talking. The Orbitz representative, Meagan had difficulty dealing with her as well. Not good good customer service and therefore I would not recommend staying at Best Western Antlers in Glenwood Springs.

I really like the outdoor access to the rooms and how central the location is! It’s clean. I also liked the continental breakfast and pool. Really cool that there’s a tennis and basketball court!

Great property -nice flowers, sitting areas and it has s pool
