Spacious, clean bedroom. We had the two queen bedroon and it was pretty big/ The hotel is walking distance to the Glenwood springs pool and the Glennwood cavern as well!

no toilet paper in the room, towels were stained, they wont clean your room, not enough towelz, the front desk lady was very rude then rude to my kid after he had to run and get tolet paper becuase they wouldnt bring anything up to the room, hottub was yellow water looked like pee, breakfast same everyday. called the manager a week ago still no call back would not recommend this place

It’s pretty dated and had a weird smell.

To be fair, it feels clean and well maintained as I would expect a best western place. However, we had the worst wifi I experienced since the dsl era, but worse. Speed never made it above 0.5 mega, in the few minutes it was connected. Room was horribly tight with no room even for our luggage. We got the 2nd floor with no elevator. Up to this booking I almost never checked best western more than the price, but from now on, I'll double check everything and only book best western if it's the last option remaining. Breakfast buffet had constant line since there was not enough food, but we wouldn't think of this twice without the rest. We booked 3 nights, and fled after one night to a hotel worthy of this title.

This place is not pet friendly. You can not go to the pool or to a restaurant without your pet. You have to sign your life away that the pet won’t let your pet touch any furniture or the bathtub or towels. They make you sign a waiver that they can come in the room and take your pet and haul it away. They are rude. The manager would not leave his desk to talk to me. And then they wouldn’t refund me. We specifically chose this hotel because they said they were pet friendly. Stay at the La Quinta across the street. They are pet friendly.

Rooms were very quiet. I would like a better selection, food choices for breakfast

The Best Western Antlers is a great hotel within walking distance of the hot springs and downtown. Excellent dining and amenities. Beautiful property overall.

It was a bit pricey for this time of year and for what we were getting. The only real problem we had was we left to go get breakfast and came back to take a shower housekeeping was already in there, and we haven't officially checked out yet!

Large hot tub, nice lobby, clean and quiet rooms, comfortable beds

Very clean, updated room. Stayed in Caribou. Parking was immediately outside my room on the ground floor. Neighbors next door in the adjoining room were a little loud but it was manageable during a work call I had scheduled. Free WiFi is available but not a strong signal. My Zoom call intermittently warned me that the internet connection was slow & definitely reduced the quality of the call—which is the exact reason I booked this location— thinking the WiFi would be good for a work related stay, as opposed to the more budget locations in the area. Overall the cleanliness made up for the inability to eat in the lobby (due to social distancing) which was very cozy & a free pre-packed brown bag breakfast was provided. Wish I had known the contents of the bag before it was given since I typically choose healthy options. But it was free & came with coffee &/or juice.

There was not a coffee maker in the room. Otherwise, everything was ok.

Very nice place and clean. Walking distance to everything and my grand babies enjoyed the pool and swings. Will definitely be back!

Hotel was clean and tidy. Grounds around the buildings were so beautiful. Room was quiet overnight, even though we were facing the main road. Only concern was that the front desk employee wasn't wearing a mask - that seems like a basic expectation right now.

The room was clean and large enough. Sandy, at reception was very welcoming and friendly and eager to help with a smooth check-in. The room next door had a dog left unaccompanied at around 6:45am, and the dog repeatedly whined for an hour until I called reception and the occupants returned. Losing sleep is stressful. I don't blame the dog, but I do blame the inconsiderate owners. The pool area looks fine when viewing the online photos, but in reality the chair cushions were rather dirty and the tables could use cleaning from time to time as they were stained with dry beverages and/ or food.

We stay here every few months. We adore the staff and the property in its entirety.

Great value, fire pits at night and pool is a plus

Location was nice. Staff was friendly. Had to request a coffee pot for the room, but other than that it was all good.

Have a good time with the family. 100% familias need to say there.

All around amazing experience. Staff was fun and helpful.

Great value, highly recommend and will definitely stay again when visiting the area
