They charge you to park which is a joke considering it isn't that busy and the hotel isn't close to anything that requires them to charge besides making extra money. They charge you for breakfast too. I'm not staying here again.

Clean, comfortable, friendly and convenient to all attractions

I paid a bit more and tried the Marriot since they advertised that they were taking extra cleaning precautions due to the pandemic. The room was clean, the TV was bigger than most places, there were some free movie channels, and the front desk staff was polite. There wasn't any food or drinks, but that was expected. The only downside was the $12 parking fee like other reviewers mentioned. It's listed on the website, but I honestly didn't check since I've been staying at hotels in Glenwood Springs for the past 10 years and have never been charged for parking. Fortunately I found some free parking about 5 minutes away.

I experience multiple problems during the stay. On first night our toilet was clogged. Unusual for relatively new hotel. I experience problem in their "gym" and manager Kevin was completely unhelpful. No room cleaning, or breakfast were available. COVID is a bad excuse for very poor service. During our two week trip in Colorado, other hotels somehow managed to have cleaning services and breakfast. Overall, I've experienced dirty hotel room and poorly trained employees. I will not recommend to stay in this hotel.

Clean and friendly staff. We would stay here again

The free upgrade and room was huge and clean. This was one of the more impressive hotels I have stayed at in awhile and was an amazing price. The restroom was very large and gave us all room to move around and get ready without having to take turns.

Lovely place. Clean and new. I will recommend it and will definitely will stay there again.

Front desk person not often No free coffee or breakfast Noisy air conditioner

Have stayed at this location before and had another great experience.

The hot tub was under construction and one of the elevators was converted into a freight elevator for the hotel remodel that was finishing up. Everything else was great though.

Hotel was recently renovated and was in great condition. Especially enjoyed breakfast downstairs, which requires paying, but was fresh and tasty.

The hotel had nice rooms and a friendly staff. Our room was on the first floor by the kitchen. A little noisy, but we managed.

This hotel is located couple of miles of downtown, but if you are looking for remote place with nice views, it is this. And we liked it was very close to Iron Mountain Hot springs which was our destination, just across the river. There are some walking paths nearby also. The room was clean and specious, perfect for 2-4 people. I booked through Orbitz, so I got the breakfast in the rate, and it was excellent, small bar offers very tasty breakfast meals! I really appreciate that.

Great staff and very clean room. Super comfy beds.

Nice hotel. will definitely stay there again. Nice view from window.

Our employees enjoyed it, view nice view and clean.

Loved the little food area in lobby. Both days we are breakfast and had drinks in the evening. Little booths with individual TV's, which I liked a lot. Seemed like brand new hotel. The pool is small, but was good enough as we planned to spend most of one day at the glenwood springs pool. Bartender at night was awesome, super friendly and attentive.

We've always had good experiences at Courtyards and this was no different. We have a 7 and 9 year old and were only in Glenwood for 2 days so that meany packing in as much activity as possible. Even though it was a short drive into town, the location provided easy access to the activities we wanted to be a part of: cave exploring, adventure park, restaurants, shops, whitewater rafting. We parked downtown and had no trouble finding parking. The front desk attendant was very knowledgeable about the area and an abundance of help.

Hello Anonymous, thank you for your review We are sorry to hear you won't be coming back. The parking fee is somewhat new; implemented this past October. Since we don't have a complimentary breakfast, our rates tend to be lower than other hotels that include it.
