Good location. Right by hot springs & amusement park

Satisfactory stay at the Hotel Glenwood Springs. Not fancy or pretentious but clean and decent service. For the price, I’d expect a bit more but I did stay on a weekend.

I booked this hotel because of the indoor water park, and was very happy. The water slide was great for kids and adults, and it was easy to be in the jacuzzi while the kids were in the pool. This hotel is in walking distance to the Adventure Park and Iron Mountain hot springs, and even offers a discount package. We will definately stay there again.

First time staying here and definitely won't be the last. The kids LOVED LOVED LOVED the swimming area. Same parking lot as the Gondola for the Adventure park. The staff was very friendly. Hotel was quiet. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Can't wait to go back in the summer.

Hi Orbitz, this is a GREAT place, family friendly, Puppy friendly.. the amenities were incredible and the Staff was absolutely delightful. We will to back!

I wanted to stay in Glenwood Springs to checkout the hot springs. Everything was great with the hotel.

Staff was very cordial and helpful, however ,I booked 2 rooms back in April for August stay. I had one room on 1st floor and 1 room on second floor- not really convenient.

This is a retro Colorado River inn. If you are looking for a great location, friendly staff and a relaxing environment, this is the place for you. If you want something fancy and new, this would not be what you are looking for. I loved drinking coffee on the deck overlooking the creek and enjoying the classic charm.

The room was and amenities were nice. The breakfast provided was good lots of choices. The pool was very cold and the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The ladies at the check-in desk were extremely nice and helpful.

My son and I stayed a night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My son and I defiantly enjoyed the pool! I would recommend this hotel and I would return!!

Loved the pool and the breakfast. It was a bit pricey but very close to adventure park.

Good hotel, great pool, easy access to Glenwood Caverns. The only downside was that the pool was very cold and was closed one morning.

We absolutely loved this hotel! If you have little kids, this is the place to be. The indoor water park was perfect for the cold, snowy days and the adventure park literally is right next door! Rooms were great as was the breakfasts served. My only thing, next time I'll pack my own pillows because these were a little too hard for my liking. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful as well:)

our 8 year old daughter loved the water features. hotel was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed it there. also, make sure to make it up to the adventure park that is right next door.

Came to Glenwood for the weekend to visit family. The hotel was decent but the pool area was excellent my kids loved it.

I hesitated to give a good review as I am afraid that the hotel will become too busy and I will not be able to book it in the future :). This was my second year in a row to stay at this hotel. The pool was a blast for my grandson and the water slide quite a fun experience for my husband. The staff is very helpful and courteous, the rooms clean, and the discounts for local merchants and activities a plus! Will stay there again.

Lots of fun for kids. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Never rude or hurried, even though they were very busy. We will definitely stay here again if in glenwood springs.

This was the third time that I had stayed at Hotel Glenwood Springs. The location, at the base of the Gondola, is perfect, the breakfast is delightful and the pool with water slide offers hours of entertainment. I was supposed to take my daughter on a dog sled ride in Snowmass, only to discover the night before that the owner was going to court on animal cruelty charges. Late that evening, I called the front desk and explained the situation to Savanna. She went above and beyond by calling contacts to look into the allegations. She called a friend with a farm to see if I could take my daughter there, and gave me the name of a local animal shelter where we could visit with animals the next day. The next morning, as I stopped by the front desk to compliment Savanna, Dave stepped right in. He offered to assist us in any way possible. While my daughter and I ate breakfast, he called around to see if there were other dog sledding options for us. He found a place in Breckenridge that was full, but Dave managed to convince them to take us. He made the reservation and even offered to find us a hotel in Breck. We had a fabulous sled ride! Both Savanna and Dave far exceeded my expectations and provided exemplary customer service. I will definitely stay at Hotel Glenwood Springs a fourth time!

Great place to stay with kids! The pool is perfect and fun for the whole family.

The staff is fabulous! The bed was excellent but nothing special about anything else :-\ The room was overpriced rediculously! I thought the pool must be the reason for the high price, but that was not the case, the pool was a disappointment.
