Room was dirty. Pool has rocks or decaying floor in it. The arcade machines are all half broken. They didn't have our room reserved and we ended up with a smaller room without the amenities we wanted but was charged the same price? Will not be coming back here. The staff we met at check in was rude and said that they tried to call but my number is international but it is an Illinois number. They did not call the number I provided.

We didn’t stay there. Would not let us cancel after we showed up and was told the pool and hot tub was closed for a week. That was the only reason I booked that hotel. The front desk ladies were extremely rude. I would not recommend this Hotel.

The pool was closed for maintenance and I was unaware. The staff was very short and rude when I asked where else I could go indoor swimming as that was the only reason we booked there, needless to say they said that was the only place with an indoor pool. Breakfast was just egg and bacon.
