"Modern Mountain Home" was a great place to stay for our Glenwood Springs adventures. Christine was a very responsive host and had a lovely GS Area guidebook in the kitchen that contained many local tips about food and activities. Our space was comfortable and spotless. The coffee set-up with Espresso and all looked fantabulous for a coffee lover/barista! (Sadly I'm a tea drinker instead. The water kettle to warm my tea water was great!) We did have a lovely time at the Glenwood Hot Springs and really appreciated that towels that were especially for that. Thanks for a great stay!

Great vibes!

Comfy, bright, full of plants and orchids, books and art objects. We loved feeling like we were staying in a home rather than just a functional rental property. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Fabulous Atkinson Canal Trail right outside the back gate connects to other area trails.

Our little getaway

This home was a beautiful tranquil space that met all of our expectations from walking in to a zen like space with soothing music playing & wonderful smelling candles & a beautiful welcome note. The back deck with it's amazing view of the stars & hearing the rush of the Colorado river. The downtown area was so cute with the shops & walking areas. I would definitely go back & stay again. Christine & Alex are wonderful host

Best Place to Stay in Glenwood!

This place looks even better than the photos. Christine and Alex were extremely lovely. The location is great nice and quiet but not far at all from town. I will definitely be back again in the future!

Lovely property

Everything was really nice and clean. The river is a short walk right from the backyard. Communication with host was easy and friendly. Overall great stay with my best friend for a long weekend.

Not cleaned; nice view.

Prior to our arrival, area rugs & carpet were not vacuumed. Had to use owner's wet Swiffers to clean all the floors because we were barefoot and floors were grimy and sticky in one area. Kitchen cabs had food debris on ALL of them, Countertops & two table tops weren't cleaned; master bath sink, mirror, and powder toilet & its seat, and jacuzzi (long black hair) not cleaned. Finally got a vacuum from owner to clean house. Nice view, but you could hear semi-trucks constantly Jake braking 24/7.

WOW factor high!

What a beautiful home right above the Roaring Fork River. This home is very comfortable and well equipped. The view from the deck is absolutely stunning with the river and the red rock mountain across the way. Close to the Rio Grande Trail for bike riding and walking. Less than ten minutes to Glenwood Springs yet it feels more rural than that.

A great home base for visiting Hot Springs, dining, Vail, bike trails, etc. Host was wonderful. Living areas were very clean. Bed and shower were heavenly. Great dining and activity recommendations in the "binder".

Peaceful stay in Glenwood Springs

BEYOND FABULOUS!

My new wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and overall we were beyond satisfied and this places exceeded our expectations. Our only issue is that we like staying at places with hot tubs. This place advertised that the jetted tub in the bathroom was both a hot tub and that it fit two people (after I asked where the hot tub was, because I didn't see pics of the hot tub). It did NOT fit two people...just sayin'. That being said i really feel I'm nit picking because this place had everything and then some. The really thought of everything and then some! READ THE BINDER, AND GO TO THE PLACES THEY RECOMMEND....THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT AT ALL. I haven't ate that good in a very VERY long time!!! Christine (the owner), change the listing to exclude the hot tub, and you will earn a 10 star in my book! p.s. it took EVERYTHING in my not to open the dog door and give your puppies free range of the house. I LOVED your puppies, they are so sweet and loving. The were the cherry on top of the sprinkles, on top of the hot fudge, on top of my favorite ice cream. Those pups made it feel like home. I hope you will let us come back for our anniversary.

Spalike Rental

When we arrived we were amazed at how beautiful the home/property was. The owners had candles lit everywhere and relaxing music. I really felt like I arrived at a nice spa. Everything was clean and cozy. The owners were super sweet and communicative. Honestly, I felt like I was visiting family. The property had beautiful views of the mountains and wasn't far at all from the Hot Springs. I absolutely would recommend this property to anyone thinking of visiting Glenwood Springs!
