The pub employee was amazing!

The pool may have been closed for maintenance, but the staff were lovely! Made the whole stay for us. And the pub's food was excellent.

Extra charge to park the car!!!

I had a budget for this trip and when I arrived at the hotel i was informed that an additional amount would be added to my bill for parking!!!!!!!! I am not happy about this unexpected undisclosed additional charge.

First of all i was shocked to see that the retro-motel that i looked at pictures of before booking looked completely different in person. It was actually a hotel. The front desk said they tore the old place down. At check in i was informed that there the hotel charged a $14 parking fee. When i asked why the hotel charged a parking fee the front desk became instantly defensive, slammed her hand on the desk down in front of me and said, well you don’t have to stay if you don’t want to, but that she couldn’t give me a refund. i’m not confrontational so i just apologized and said she must get this a lot and she said she was sick of people yelling at her all the time for something she has no control over and that “hidden fees like this are common.” When i got to the room there was a paper in the room that said i had to display in the dash, so despite how late it was, i had to go put the paper in the dash. I still have to sleep here tonight. It’s run down and smells funny and i don’t feel safe at an establishment that charges its guests for parking, is so rude to people coming in from the road, and doesn’t advertise the correct photos of it’s establishment. I chose the (motel that is actually a hotel) because it looked welcoming in the photos and had high rating, but that was a few weeks ago and i can see that the rating have dropped a lot. If i were you, I would steer clear if you expect hospitality, cleanliness (cigarettes smell), no hidden fees, or to feel safe where you sleep.

Staff hiding in the office together very inconvenienced by guests arriving cussing and saying Colorado peopleare disgusting and rude. Front desk manager tried to double charge me. When I called her out on it and showed her that I had paid, she demanded that I leave. Convinced that fraud is in play here. My wife and I went elsewhere, suggest you to the same.

Unnecessary fee for parking when we paid a lot

The only thing was the extra fee for parking. I asked what the fee covers and asked if it was for security reasons the front desk person didn’t know. The next more one of the guest was burglarized and was trying to wait for the police to arrive. So I wasn’t happy for paying extra for parking

Nice place, clean, but I didnt like the surprise that I had to pay extra for parking. Plenty of space in parking lot, so its clear this hotel is just greedy.
