The housekeeping should have made sure alarm clock is turned off when they prepare the room. I was awaken by the alarm clock at 12am midnight! Brutely awaken from sweet dream, thought it was fire alarm, then realized it was alarm clock next to the bed. Not knowing how to turn it off, tried all buttons frantically.

I checked in the afternoon of July 2 in the pm ...and I got great hiking advice ( thank you!), nice place, enjoyed trestle biking - enjoyed my stay!

Wonderful location. Nice staff. It was busy and full so there was a lot of noise at times but that is not their fault.

Enjoyed our time. Thank you. Always fun to visit. Friendly staff and great location.

Only compliant would be that the hottub wasnt working

Nice pool room with two hot tubs. Staff was dull and not very helpful. Not a welcoming lobby at all. They have coffee in lobby but, no water. After traveling all day and in that altitude they should have carafes of water everywhere.

Property has a great location with a free bus to the ski area. The restaurant is very nice, although not open weekdays during the shoulder season. No breakfast is offered, and there's no guest laundry, but besides that it's a great hotel

We had ski injury first day & could not ski after that, requested to check out one day early to fly back sooner for medical issue, but resort refused to refund the unstay night charge, that’s not nice.

This hotel was nice and clean. My issue was that its not walking distance to anything. We had to take the bus or get back in our truck to get to anywhere.

Terrific location! A lot of value Friendly staff and great lodge like atmosphere!

The room had only a small wall heater which worked very slowly, and had no thermostat to control temp- it had to be adjusted manually so we got up several times per night to turn it up/off/etc- we complained to the front desk who said they would send maintenance. This lodge is across a busy highway from the ski resort, so walking to the lift is not possible- shuttle was convenient but very crowded. Breakfast buffet was self serve, very basic food selectiom- but priced like a full serve restaurant

Rooms are not well lit and the heat system takes a night or two to get dialed in for all night comfort. Overall the hotel is a convenient location to the slopes, offers ski rental on-site and a decent restaurant. Staff is friendly.

Smelled like cigarettes walking down the hall. Not enough plugins for phones

Great hotel, awesome hot tubs! Staff is always great and the property always pets, so you don't have to leave the fur babies at home:)
