Condo was dirty - didn't appear to have been cleaned from the last guest. Terrible location that was not communicated before I purchased - I would not have purchased. It was directly connected to the Locker Room - it was constant loud banging all day long. Very poor room and the location made it all that worse. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RENTING

Beautiful place the only thing I would recommend is to have box fans available since there is no air conditioning

LIKE: friendliness of staff a plus! DISLIKE:checkout time should be 11am minimum!

Easy ski in and out and walking distance to restraunts. Better Quality of bed sheets

Terrific location! It's a condo so the mattresses for both the main room and the couch bed left a lot to be desired, but to have such a nice, quiet room so close to the lifts really made the trip. We are already booked to stay there again in a few weeks and are really looking forward to. I think we'll try to stay here for all of our winter park ski trips from now on.

Our room was dirty. Empty shampoo bottles in the shower. Hair in the drain. Someone else’s dirty towel was hanging on the door. It didn’t look like it had been vacuumed after the last guests left.

Upon arrival we were put in a room less than our reservation to be switched to a room comparable to our reservation and then only to be switched again. No hard feeling as staff was very polite and responsive; and provided us insight into multiple room types. I'd recommend if you are traveling with more than: 2 people you need at least a 1bd with a pull out couch; 3 people you need at least a 2bd; and 5 people you need at least a 3bd. Dining options in the village are slim and after 6PM are almost no existent; however, there are some pretty good restaurants in both Winter Park and Fraser. Marketing flyers for the holidays indicated on-line as well as at the hotel that Santa would be available on Sunday and Monday; however, Santa did not show on Monday and as we had planned to see him that day we had a very upset 6yr old ad wasted 2hrs of our time waiting as we couldn't plan anything the hour before or the hour of the anticipated arrival.

Our room is located on the 7th floor overlooking the Zephyr Express lift. The view is excellent and our 2 bedroom unit was clean and well appointed. The ski locker on the 2nd floor was a great help in keeping the ski and snowboard equipment out of our room. We bought groceries at Safeway in Frazer only 6 miles from Winter Park, make sure to pickup a Safeway club card for additional savings. We ate breakfast in the room before heading out to the slopes and had lunch at the Sunspot located on the slope when your exit the Zephyr Express lift. Also try Lime which is conveniently located in the Winter Park Village.

Hotel is right on the base of ski/bike lifts. Restaurants and stores below the hotel. Clean and well maintained hotel room.

We enjoyed our stay. There's a cute little village with restaurants, shops and activities. Not a far drive from the town. The condos themselves are in need of a facelift. Our fireplace, phone and one stove burner didn't work.

Hotel was wonderful, beautiful area . The Jazz festival in Winter Park was fun, also the ski lift was amazing riding to the top of the mountain, and the bike ride was fantastic.

If you plan on skiing for more than a couple of days, this is the place to stay. Great location with the Zephyr ski lift right outside the back door. No shuttle to take and no lugging your gear around more than necessary. The room was very nice. The front desk people were always helpful and very nice. They could provide a few more pots and pans in the kitchen though to cook some meals, but aside from that I will be doing this trip again

Large comfy rooms just steps away from the chairlift. Had such a great time!

Fantastic place to get away in the summer, wonderful staff too.

All the shops in the Zephyr Lodge area were closed. We were given a summertime discount but weren't told everything would be closed in early June. We went to two different floors and tried to find laundry soap but the dispensers were empty and the front desk didn't have any. She called many people trying to find some and some people were in meetings so we ran about 5 miles to town to buy some. We also bought food for supper and breakfast since all the shops were closed. The condo was great but the service wasn.'t We saw more staff than customers.

All was good! We enjoyed the space the room offered and the comforts of home. Right in the middle of all the places you need for a getaway! Will be back!

The Zephy is located in the perfect spot, steps for the high speed lift. We rented a 1 bedroom with sleeper sofa. If you aren't the lucky one to get the bed, look out, as the only way you will be comfortable on the sofa is if you put the mattress on the floor with the couch cushions. I also found the cost of the unit should have included the undergound parking. $14 a day, though reasonable would have been an added value. Other wise a great location, with excellent skiing at your door step.

Location is great, but make sure you are in the Riverside building. The Mountain side building has a horrible set up and has no access to the main building. The unit was run down and tired. The room was dirty and the kitchen was old and dirty as well. It wasnt worth the money. Also, the room didn't have wifi.
