Limited food options , unable to contact housekeeping or front desk as no live person available , elevator broken on multiple occasions , amenities like hot tub were not maintained

I purchased the spa suite, the most expensive room, for two nights. It became very obvious that the hotel does everything they can to assure you're in their casino gambling and not staying in the room enjoying some R&R. There are no streaming services, no way to hook up a laptop to the TV, and no movies to rent. Calling the front desk often had me on hold for 20 minutes. There was a light in front of the closet that never turned off and the flip switch did not work. Air conditioning barely worked so the room stayed at 75 degrees for the majority of the time. Every once in awhile AC would kick on. Very disappointing for what was constructed as a pretty nice hotel.

The place was worn, but clean for the most part. They have more staff taking care of the machines than the hallways, elevators or vacant tables where people just leave cups. Hard to cool the room down.

Clean rooms. The AC wasn't working properly, however, a fan was available upon request. The hotel lobby was not easy to find and not close for self parking. Casino drinks were poorly made and long waits.

The pool was beautiful and our bathroom was really great. A shower and tub. I loved it

It was a beautiful town. It popped up while looking at winter park on the Orbitz site and we booked it and our activities based on that fact. We were over an hour from winter park and black hawk had only one restaurant that our 13 year old could even enter due to every building being a casino. Nothing for kids in this town at all and I really mean nothing.

It was nice! Glad the pool was open and I get like everything was really clean.

The buffet was awful and upon talking to the buffet manager, Enis, he was super rude. My shower did not have hot water and the room next to us had room service and the dirty dishes were not picked up for at least 12 hours.

Not worth it for the price. Its a very standard/average hotel, charging high resort prices. Our room was not clean, the restaurants are average at best and our room service just never showed up. The casino was nice and we'll likely play there again, but we will never stay at that hotel again.
