We arrived at the hotel and were able to get our room within 15-20 minutes so no problems on check-in however once we got to our room we realized we didn't have power in half of the room. Went to call the front desk however the phone didn't have any labels on the buttons so I didn't know how to reach the front desk. I had to go back down and there was now only 1 person working the front desk on a Friday night with a line of about 6 groups I so had to wait 30 minutes in line just to get someone to call maintenance. We had perishables we needed to keep cold and since the fridge was warm I asked if there was anything they could do to help us like a cooler or something and she just said "No." Then on the way back up the to my room the elevator got stuck... Later that night we ordered food for delivery to the room, a service that they were advertising all over the hotel and then 45 minutes after we ordered the food they messages me and said they were no longer delivering food and we would have to come pick it up if we still wanted it so we had to wait another 30 minutes for them to make the food which in the end we didn't even get everything we ordered. We will definitely be paying the extra money next time and staying at the much nicer and more hospitable Ameristar on any future stays.

Well most of it was great except the next morning when I got up to take a shower I noticed that the commentary shampoos and conditioners were have used and when I went to make coffee the coffee cups were unwrapped and had sticky stuff all over them, so we were unable to make coffee that morning

Parking was close to the elevators. The room was nice, I especially liked the french doors to get some fresh air. Bed was a bit hard for my husband and I and they only gave us three pillows (we sleep with twice that much). Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Pleasant place to stay at. I'm a regular player at The Isle and enjoy my visits there.

With everything going on right now. Was very pleased.

We got our room and when we went in the room it smelled of like someone had a pot party in your room. The door to the balcony wouldn't stsy closed and the safe would not work. Went and asked for a new room and got onethe new room was not great either the balcony door handle came off in my hands and the water pressure was so bad i had to try to wash my hair in the bathroom sink to get the soap out of ig. I will not be staying here ever again for 300 dollars a night this is ridiculous.

With the exception of a lack of valet parking, my visit was superb! I had a very clean room, and I saw many instances of employees cleaning slots and other points of contact.
