The staff were very helpful, especially Sarah at the front desk. Parking was great. The room was so comfortable and immaculate. I enjoyed the balcony as well. It was great to have room service and on-site dining.

Can't beat a well renovated room at the base of the ski area. It is a bit outdated on the exterior and pool area but the rooms are well done and for the money, you can't beat it.

We thought the location of the hotel was perfect. We especially liked the shuttle service provided by the hotel. The shuttle took us to town and then to the theater in the evening. It also picked us up after the show. It doesn't get much better than that....

Hotel location was beautiful, rooms were clean, breakfast buffet was a little expensive for given options but enjoyable atmosphere and great views from the breakfast table! We enjoyed the outdoor pool and roof top hot tubs. Staff were a bit lazy and unenthusiastic at the front desk, but the concierge was extremely helpful.

I stayed here mid-summer (90 degree heat, June). When we checked in, they mentioned an extra $20/day fee for water (bottled from Costco) and wifi (although there is a free cable). I stayed for a few days, so with the fees and taxes it came to $66 more! Had I known, I would have stayed in the Steamboat Grand Resort where friends of ours did- much nicer & newer room, same price! I can buy a couple of bottles of water for more than $20/day.

This hotel may have had one of the most friendly and attentive staffs I have ever experienced, possibly better than the Ritz. From the second we arrived, they made sure to go out of their way to go above and beyond in every way. This excellent service never lessened throughout our stay. The location is phenomenal, right on the slopes. There's also a free shuttle which will drop you off at the steps of anywhere you might want to go in town. The rooms were nice and the outdoor hot tubs have a gorgeous view of the mountain. I absolutely recommend this place.

close to the slopes and great places to eat. Staff was very friendly.

We arrived the last weekend of the ski season and although we ended up not skiing, we had a great time! The hotel was beautiful, the staff friendly, and there was plenty to do! A mishap occurred when I had booked our room, but the hotel was gracious enough to fix it. Not to mention the price! I was blown away with the room and service we received for the price we paid. We couldn't have been happier! Thanks Sheraton at Steamboat Springs!

Every thing was great except the hotel restaurant was not that good and breakfast was way over priced.

Great room with awesome bed and linens. Got disount at their golf oourse which is nothing short of amazing. Shuttle is plus into town

The hotel is very convienent for skiing but, the hotel needs some work. We were woke up the first morning with water dripping down from the vent in the bathroom onto the toilet and then had to listen to the toilet running about every 15 or 20 minutes even after it was supposedly fixed. Housekeeping left a lot to be desired, they made the bed like a three year old would, pull the comforter up and throw the pillows on. They didn't replenish coffee cups and we even ran out of toilet paper. Was charged $20.00 a day for two bottles of water, which we used, shuttle service and internet, which we did not use, and free local and toll free phone calls, which we were still charged for a toll free call.

it was fine

Great ski in/ski out location! A spa in the hotel for a post ski massage would have been nice. But all in all, great experience. New renovations increased the experience!

What a fabulous hotel. We went during off season so it was nice and quiet. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful, and the shuttle service into town was great! Went the the Strawberry Hot Spring would definitly recommend going there (nude after dark). Also hit up an amazing brunch place called creek side cafe it was delicious! The hotel made it a great girls weekend trip!

We had a great time. The rooms are clean, the amenities are nice, the pool was fun. The location is great for getting around, and being able to check out what Steamboat has to offer.

Rooms were great - nice beds! Loved the voucher for food given if you opted out of having your room cleaned that day. Nice comfy robes supplied. Refrigerators in all rooms were great!Laundry rooms available. The first room I was given had a horrible location but when I politely asked if something else was available I was switched to a fantastic spot. Ask for an odd numbered room!

Rooms OK, bad view(roof), Staff good, Hidden charges with resort fees paid an extra $50+ that were unplanned. I might have stayed somewhere else. Very expensive food and drinks at hotel, not totally unexpected at a chain like Starwood.

skiing for one week, we appreciated the size of the room, the direct access to the slopes at the lift area, the service, the breakfast, and the shuttle service usefull to go dining downtown.

This is a great ski in/out resort. The staff is very friendly and the free shuttle service is great for getting you around town for dinner. Rooms are big and comfortable and plenty of drawer space. The lift tickets were super expensive ($98) but that's not the hotel's fault..
