What a great place to stay over the holiday. Couldn't have been better

Very happy !!! All the things one could expect and more !

easy to park, great food and close to slopes. id stay again.

We would suggest just a couple of things to make the stay better. There should be liquid cream not powdered cream. The coffee shop needs more attentive staff. Otherwise, the hotel was good.

Location, property and staff great. The Cabin restaurant was very good. Room needs to be updated. Older bathroom and small TV

Amazing pool, rooms, and amenities. Must have upgraded our room at no charge. We got much more than we had originally booked. We extended our stay within minutes of arriving. Highly satisfied!

I booked last minute, the room was very expensive, and had a pullout couch for a bed.

Staff was exceptional, one of the friendliest I have encountered.

Overall I would give it a pass. the room had clean sheets but it was very dusty and you can tell they dont vacuum.

We wanted an overnight (Sat/Sun) stay in the Steamboat Springs area to see the Fall color in the mountains. For the price ($182), the room was small and under-whelming. Had to pay for parking, the room was noisy with the window open to catch some mountain air, and there was no Room Service offered during this time of year. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. But, overall pretty diappointing.

We stayed here for a short ski get away and had a wonderful experience. It was extremely convenient to the slopes and restaurants. We will definitely visit again. All our needs were met with friendly informative staff.

The two bedroom condo ended up costing barely more than the cheaper hotels downtown when split with a friend and had a large living area, kitchen, and two full baths! Will definitely stay again when we travel with friends or family.

This was a very nice hotel and the room was comfortable and clean. We did not use the pool/hot tub/or exercise area so I cannot comment on that. I was a little taken back by the fact that there was no free parking, but this may not be uncommon. I found the front desk to be somewhat lacking in customer service skills. No one was rude, but I had to ask basic questions that are normally given to you at check in and had to go back to the front desk to get the parking pass. This may have been a miscommunication, but this is where I think better customer service would have avoided confusion. Overall lovely hotel and accomodations.

Discounts given with ski rentals for staying at the hotel is amazing. Staff is very helpful and outgoing. Gear storage is extremely useful.

Wonderful accommodation and the outside heated pool and hot tubs were fantastic. Great location close the slopes and within five minutes to downtown Steamboat Springs.

The staff was friendly and did a great job making us feel like we were on a worry free vacation. I was excited to find that or room came with a full kitchen. Not so excited when the ice cream melted because the freezer broke.

Stayed at the Grand for a trail race and since the race started at gondola square, this was the perfect location. Great bar and restaurant options in the hotel made it an all around winner! Just remember, no dogs allowed at this property so plan accordingly!

Overall we had a nice stay. The pool is awesome. It was loud at night bc there was a ton of teenager there for soccer tournament.

I have stayed at this hotel many times before, this time they didn't measure up. To start the pool and hot tub were closed which was one main reason I chose this hotel and that was not clearly posted on Ortiz, so make sure you call and check. Next hardly any outside lights were on on the property so it was very difficult to see the hotel and find your way arround. In the room it was very clean bed was pretty comfortable and clean. TV was not working I had to fix that and batteries in the remotes were dead. Not what you expect for a four star hotel. Previous experiences were much better, I would think twice before staying here in the off season.

We needed a place to stay with 2 kids overnight due to a flight cancellation. The 1 BR suite fit the bill, allowing us to essentially have an adjoining room experience. We also needed the full kitchen it had to prepare meals. During our short 1-night stay, the only negatives would be 1) the room was quite dim, and 2) the hotel didn't seem as well suited to babies and very young kids like ours.
