The place was clean and convenient. But customer service is lacking severely. My niece left her favorite shirt in the room, we discovered just a couple hours after leaving. Several attempts to call and contact anyone to see if the room had been cleaned yet and no one would answer. They claim to have 24 hour on site staff but no one answers phone calls. If you need a roof over your head, it’s a convenient place. Otherwise, I’ll never stay there again

The room was clean and overall adequate for this area. The staff was adequate as well.

On a two-night stay we moved to another room because the shower doors wouldn’t stay closed, the toilet seat was loose and there was black gum on the floor. No shelf In the shower for soap, shampoo, etc. the new room is better but the toilet seat, though secure, is off-center. The rooms seem randomly furnished with a table in the corner but no chairs. Won’t stay here again

The carpet in the halls was not vacuumed. There were no towels by the pool.

Convenient.interior and grounds need improvement.

Cleanliness, food

This is a convenient location to stay if you are visiting RMNP. Rooms are renovated as well as the exterior of the hotel. The only area that looked kind of outdated was the hallway. Room was super clean, bed was very comfortable and even towels were high quality! This hotel provides basic accommodation but would suit your need as long as you don't expect a fancy hotel stay. Good for value(if booked in advance) as Estes park can be a very expensive place to stay. Staff was kind and attentive. Receptionist even returned the last night's stay as we checked out one day early. I would stay here again. The only negatives I can think of are the old hallways&old carpeting, no breakfast being served and not being walkable to the town center (5min by car).

The room was okay, but not for the price I paid. Did not find anything special about the place. Employees were very helpful and friendly.

The room was recently remodeled and clean. But the common areas had not been vacuumed recently and were not clean.

This place used to be Roadway Inn and looks like either they changed their name or another company bought them. It does not look as the pics describe it. The hotel smelled, the room was ok bathroom very small and hardware broken. The only good thing was the balcony they built last year, other than that it wasn’t all that. I was very disappointed. Not worth $300/night in my opinion. I would not stay there again.

Hotel wasn’t in as good a condition as I expected. Part of the Rodeway Inn chain.

Unfortunately the hotel is fairly old and in much need of updating. The room was clean however and the beds were comfortable and the staff were pleasant.

Nothing! Staff which was small good! Manager was not desk was empty not attended ! A lot of common areas really dirty floors! No puck air hockey! In the restrooms in game room no running water in sinks ! Room decor was good lots of paint in floor everywhere fixtures and floors in bathroom dirty! Really not as much to do as pics were deceiving ! We won’t stay again!

I was a bit disappointed in this hotel. The main areas of hotel are dirty and need some upkeep. Our room was decent and clean. There were ceiling tiles missing in the bathroom and cut out pieces of drywall. The fridge didn’t keep anything cold. Overall appearance of facility was lacking. Checkin was smooth but I was left feeling uneasy because as we walked off to find our room I hear who I think is the hotel manager ask the guy who checked us in say “Are you sure that room is clean?” Not a great start to our stay. I would not stay here again.

No carpet on floors, bathroom shower tiny and low cellings, low shower head, noisy.
