Overall this is a great place to stay especially for a last minute stay. Clean, safe and comfortable. My only complaint is stairs on the second floor. If you have disabilities, a wheelchair or lots of luggage ask for a room on the first floor. Otherwise you will deal with multiple sets of stairs on the second floor

We love this hotel! Staff is awesome, there's a couple pool tables for my teenagers, and it's right across from Lake Estes which you can walk to.

Room was comfortable but very dark even with all lights on. Floor did not feel very clean. TV channel surfing was very frustrating. The front desk staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Breakfast offered was minimal.

The property is being taken over by new owners. The head desk person Travis was amazing. He changed our room to a suite with a hot tub(hotel hot tub broken) lovely king size bed. He was helpful, kind and efficient!! The stay would have been a disaster without his help. Thank you Travis!!!!!

Great place to stay!
The place is under construction... but doing some great updates... can't wait to see the progress. Our stay was very comfortable, nice bedding, office staff extremely nice... great place to stay and close to downtown Estes Park.

While we had 'nice' stay at the hotel, the condition of the room was very mediocre and in need of repair. We had a 2nd floor balcony room. You must 'slam' the door for it to latch - the first night, the wind blew the door open to our surprise. The deck wall light fixture was hanging from the electrical box and needles to say did not function. As far as room cleanliness, my wife and I checked out Sunday morning and that evening at home we had what appeared to be small bug bites over our backs, legs and chest - either you have a bed bug issue or a spider had its way with us while we were asleep (Based on a Google inquiry, the welts seem closer to bed bugs). This was a small get away for our anniversary, we enjoyed Estes as we always do, but the facilities were quite disappointing. We hope you all get the problems rectified before the summer season hits! Good luck . . .

Room was dimly lit, not enough lights + all were dim. Tile floor was very cold. The shower faucet was broken- turned both ways, Heated indoor pool was cold. Spa floor was losing pieces of flooring. No room service food though in ad said that they did, no restaurant-in ad been closed over a yr. Walls painted in room was over some type of pieces bubbling appearance

Connor at the front desk made us feel extremely welcomed. He took time to tell us about the history of the hotel, a little about Estes Park, and changes forthcoming..breakfast in the future. The indoor pool and game room were a huge plus as we had two teenagers and two littles. Connor took our request fir adjoining rooms very serious and was able to accommodate us. Would come back and eager to see if upgrades are in the future for the hotel.
