Inn by the river

Great location, nice rooms. It is a contactless property so you must call for assistance. They were very responsive when called. You must pay for housekeeping service. They did not have extra toilet paper so we had to csll when we ran out. Luckily it wasn't after hours. The shower had great pressure but both the shower head an soap dispenser was too high to reach and when you do you get blasted by water in your our face if short like me otherwise a nice place to stay if going to the National Park.

Only thing we had trouble with was the last day there was little bit more snow on the ground and I had to personally shovel the bridge so the car would get out. Everything else was great. Katie was awesome. Place was clean.

Great place!!

A wonderful place to spend a couple of days. Close to town and restaurants. The private hot tub was great on a cold morning. Room was clean and comfortable.

Nice place and room. Snow removal on stairs could have been better. Fireplace wood was wet from snow, so couldn’t use.

I stayed at this property for 4 nights. First of all no one at office. And won’t respond to calls. On site staff pretty much worthless for your needs. Had no television service first day. Spoke to the on site staff and he told me he would get it fixed. They never answers my calls or txts. Had to catch them in the short window that the office was open. I was told they would fix the problem. Problem never got fixed. Finally got a hold of them again. I was told that I would be compensated for my inconvenience. Once again nothing. Never answered My calls or emails. Lesson learned. Bad thing they lied to my face. Will never stay here aging. Will definitely not recommend this place.

Super overnight stay.

Absolutely loved our one night stay. Beautiful Mountain View’s, creek and loved the balcony and shower was wonderful. Highly recommend staying here.

We stayed for the weekend to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The room was very cozy and the location was perfect! The views were great and we saw several elk. This was our first time in Colorado. The manager was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and places to visit. Will definitely plan on coming back

We can’t find a single thing to complain about. It is as advertised, only a bit more quaint 🙌 We were late for checking in due to inclement weather and they made arrangements for us. Easy to work with and a truly neat place. There is an actually balcony overlooking the river!!

Definitely would stay again!

Loved staying here! Such a scenic spot close to the mountains and RMNP! Really enjoyed sitting on our personal balcony watching the elk only a few feet from us and spent several hours on the deck downstairs watching people and elk. The manager was super friendly and responsive. As far as hotels go this was the most comfy bed Ive slept on.
