Perfect little place to relax, listen to the creek and watch the elk.

Beautiful location, elk & wild turkeys in the area, hot tub, room decor, staff was friendly, knowledgeable about the area, helpful, available. Would definitely stay there again

Lovely property with great mountain and river views with close proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park! The inn had very friendly staff as well. Hot tub was an added bonus, too. Only complaint was that our room had not been cleaned very thoroughly. Clothes were left in a drawer from previous guests and a stray object was found under the bed. Overall a good stay!

Just perfect.

We had an amazing time in CO. The hotel had breathtaking views. We enjoyed siting by the firepit and talking by the river. Mark was super friendly and provided excellent service. His dog Aura was very cute and friendly too. The hotel was clean and had a nice fireplace in our room. We loved waking up to the elk outside. We would definitely stay here next time we come to CO. Thank you for adding this possitive experience to our amazing vacation!!!

It’s a nice little place by the river but just not for me. There was no one in the office when we arrived. Our keys were left outside in an envelope outside the office. The WiFi password that was given did not work. Next day during check out I told the person in the office and he said they had changed the password and apologized for giving the wrong pw. It’s an average motel type room. If you are use to living in the Hampton or Holiday inns this is not the place for you. Personally I was disappointed specially at the price they charged. The best western plus was half price and I could have had better amenities and rooms. Oh well lesson learnt.

The location is beautiful. The wild turkeys were pretty great.

Absolutely beautiful setting and the rooms are fantastic. The owner Mark is a great guy that went out of his way to accommodate us and make sure that we had everything we needed for a great stay. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a family owned business. They were very helpful and attentive. The room was very clean and cozy. 4 Seasons Inn on Fall River is in a beautiful setting near downtown Estes Park. There is an outdoor hot tub that was awesome after a day out. I would recommend 4 Seasons and if we are ever in the area would definitely be our first choice.

My husband and I pulled into the drive at the 4 Seasons and we were greeted by a very large Elk. I thought it was a statue in the yard until it moved. It was amazing beyond words. The Elk was not there to harm anyone, he just kept to himself and carried on with his business. Such a great experience to be in such an amazing hotel with an abundance amount of wildlife. During the evening hours we sat on our deck and heard and seen two elk making loud rut noises and watched the two lock horns during mating season. This hotel is amazing, clean, and very well kept. We could not have asked for a better stay than here. We will definitely stay here again. The owners live right on the 4 Seasons property and is available 24/7. They are remarkable people who truly care on pleasing their visitors. I highly recommend this hotel. Comfortable beds, clean room and we have nothing to complain about our stay. I guarantee that you will not be displeased.

First of all, the hotel staff is friendly and helpful (recommended restaurants). The room was quite lovely and extremely comfortable - it felt like home and not a regular hotel room. The decor is mountain cabin and was cozy. The room we were in had a gas fireplace that we used every night. One feature of the property we enjoyed were the Adirondack chairs next to the River. We had hot chocolate one evening while sitting in the Adirondack chairs and watched the sunset, turkeys and other birds while listening to the gurgling River. Very relaxing! The Inn is in a wonderful location close to Estes Park Downtown shopping, many restaurants and the Rocky Mountain National Park. Parking at the Inn was exceptional and the location provided privacy and quiet quiet quiet.

Loved this little motel!! It is owned by a young couple who purchased it about a year ago. It is very clean, updated, an has a mountain stream running through the property. It is about 1/2 mile to the downtown Estes area, but feels like you're clear away from the busy part of town. You could easily hike or take one of their bikes to downtown. Our room had a Jacuzzi tub along with fireplace, kitchenette, nice couch, comfortable bed and pillows, and clean bathroom. You can tell the owners spend a lot of time taking care of things. They are also very personable and asked us several times during our 2-day stay if there was anything they could do for us. It is a very special place to stay. We will definitely stay there the next time we're in the area!

This inn was amazing! Great service! Great room! We couldn't ask for anything more! The next time we visit Estes park we will definitely stay here!

We stayed only one night and got there late so we pretty much only slept there. Room was very clean looks like was just remodeled looked good. Beds pretty comfortable, I judge beds on how my back feels next day and it felt pretty good. No breakfast but snacks and free water. I would stay there again.

Great experience! Wonderful and kind staff. It was nice being right on the river. We saw many elk stroll by and the hot tub was a nice added touch
