hot Springs fantastic
The new hot springs and pool deck were awesome, and the upgraded rooms were nice as well!
Shady practices to ripoff customers. You check in at Kiosk, and the office will be closed during checkout so they can alter the final bill. If you are already staying here, get the receipts from check-in and check-out do not leave without it. I highly recommend you do not stay here.
A little glitch a bathroom door that was jammed and would not close Make breakfast a win win for all, just my opinion the continental breakfast should be banned and a good rounded warm breakfast, charge it and let it be known upfront
This is a run down motel on the edge of Ouray, a short walk from town. The issues are 1) rooms are depressing and ugly; 2) there were hundreds of bugs in the bathroom; 3) they charge a $30 mandatory resort fee even if you use no amenities.
Currently under construction, but was not aware of that when booked it. Check in was through a kiosk and lacked hospitality. Confusing layout and not welcoming. Not able to use their pool or Hot Springs which was advertised and reason I booked this hotel based on pictures and reviews. Dissatisfying breakfast that is included in the stay. Rooms were clean, but very outdated and old. I would call hotel and get the latest update before booking, so you know what you are paying for. I have no idea why I was charged a resort fee when their wasn’t any included resort services available. I barely found a parking spot around all of the construction. I was also charged for a Pet fee (I don’t own any pets) but they kindly and quickly reversed the fee.
Clean room, quiet
Unfortunately the pool was under construction
Nice place to stay with close proximity to Telluride, not a lot of parking space and lots of hidden fees charged to me after checkout. Overall would stay there again.
Blood stain on clean sheets, crowded rooms, unfriendly service. Beautiful backdrop
Paid extra for river view room. The view of the river was out the bathroom window. The toilet wouldn't flush toilets paper, the sink faucet leaked and you never knew if it was on hot or cold. Both my kids burned themselves in the bathroom sink. Overall a rundown property. Staff was unfriendly and generally not helpful. Definitely would not stay again.
Beautiful lodge , Comfy, hot springs were amazing Would go again!
Being there to go ice climbing, you could not have been closer. great location at end of town and easy walking to Main St. The on sight hot spring was very hot and pleasant, no need to go to the larger pool and pay.
The property was nice, we were on the bottom floor and apparently there isn't any sound proofing between floor. The people above us came in around midnight and sounded like a heard of buffalo stumbling around. They were up at 4 am the next morning with the same loud noises. we didn't get much sleep.
