We stayed in the hotel. The walls were thin, so we could hear our neighbors, but the room was cute and clean. The bed was sooo comfy and the pillows too. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Ouray road trip

Our Deluxe cabin was awesome! It sat right at the river bank. Beds were comfortable. The convenient store on the property has everything you could ever need I recommend being more clear about the loft area. That really only suitable for children. There’s no way an adult can sleep and stay up there.

Friendly Staff

The staff was exceptionally helpful! When we arrived we found out that we were on the second floor. My wife has a bad back and knee. I explained that it would be difficult for he to climb stairs. The front desk clerk was very accommodating and went to work getting us changed to the bottom floor. The room was clean and comfortable.

Not as advertised.

The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. However, for this price point ($340 a night), we could have had a nicer room with a much better location elsewhere in this area. The room has no closet (just a clothes hanger). We didn’t know it was possible to make a bathroom this small - thankfully we are not large people). The “kitchen” had a single convection hot plate. So cooking anything that couldn’t be microwaved was a joke. And then there was the room placement, right above the laundry— so it wreaked of fabric softener, and faced the resort’s gas station, which was literally right in front of our room. And finally, the entry to the room stepped out to an iron catwalk (see photos). None of these “features” were mentioned or shown on the property’s Hotels.com webpage. Truly a disappointment.

We stayed in a kitchenette room at the Inn for 2 nights. The room was generously sized, the kitchenette was stocked with a microwave, hot plate, coffee maker & refrigerator/freezer. The bed was comfy, and the property was quiet at night. The staff was friendly and helpful….even the maintenance person offered some tools when I was working on my Jeep. Ouray is a hopping place in July!

Pleasant owner. There was a mistake with the booking company, and I would have had to change rooms each night. The owner was kind enough to upgrade my room after the first night to their beautiful suite at no extra cost so that I wouldn't have to change rooms. That kindness and a kind friendly staff made for an enjoyable stay.

Such a cute spot! Super friendly and welcoming staff. We reserved a hotel room, and it was perfect. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Got to meet the owner who was professional, helpful and energetic. Quieter than expected. Only 1 mile from downtown, with a nice walk away right along the river all the way into town. We will 100% be back.
