Alpine House: 3 Bed, 2 bath - wonderful 'in Ouray' location

The perfect rental home while in Ouray. Jeep or hike or swim in the hot springs, then walk to restaurants, grocery store, shops, bars, and waterfalls from this 3 bedroom home. Sleeps 7, queen, queen, double, and a twin. Wait until you see my large, well-stocked kitchen. Comfortable living/kitchen/dining area, nice fenced yard with table and chairs for dining outside under the Aspen trees, covered deck off the master bedroom, laundry room, non-barking dog OK with additional deposit, barbecue. Plenty of parking on the street as our house is on a corner. Owner is a licensed Realtor in the state of Colorado.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker.
