Location location! 2 minute walk to the hot springs and small nice green space for family gatherings. The unit was very clean and organized. The view off back makes for great photo ops. Would definitely stay again.

Hot Springs Getaway

We stayed here for my daughters birthday so we could go to the Hot Springs. It's extremely close and was plenty big for the 5 of us. There are a lot of stairs so beware of that, but otherwise it's the perfect little getaway place for a trip to Ouray if you're focusing on the Hot Sptings.

Our family of 4 had a great stay the week of the 4th of July! Perfect location. We walked to pools, park, downtown, etc. And the sound of the River was amazing! We would definitely come back.

River Condominium

This is a nice but older condominium. It is in a very nice location to walk to the pool or to town. We enjoyed being on the river. There are a few things that need to be addressed by the owners or management service.

But property needs upgrades. Mgmt co very helpful, sent mai ntenance out to deal with a couple of issues. Be aware there is no access to garage. Deck wonderful.

We loved the location and the back deck with the river right there was great. The place although dated, was comfortable and had everything we needed. We did struggle with the keyless entry, we had to try 2-3 times to get the door to open and when we left it didn't always lock when just shutting the door. Additionally while there we went to do laundry and the washer would not drain. We called the rental company, but no maintenance person ever came. Overall we where happy with this property.

Plenty of room for two couples, easy check in and check out process, great location across the parking lot from the hot springs. Ouray is a beautiful little town and has lot to offer for hiking, jeeping, and history. Would definitely recommend and would love to get back in the fall with the trees changing colors.

You literally walk across a small parking lot to the Hot Springs pool and park- so that was a huge bonus for us. The condo is right on the river and met all of our needs. It has great views and the deck overlooks the river. One note is that you will go up many stairs to get to the living areas and bedrooms, if you don't do stairs, this may not be a fit for you.

While it's pretty outdated on the inside, with much of the furniture, decor, and finishing feeling like it may be original, it was very clean and organized, and had all the amenities we would want. The management company was fantastic when we needed a couple things. They responded immediately on the phone and had our issues solved within minutes. It could use a new mattress in the master bedroom because it's very bouncy and unsupportive. All said, it was a comfortable stay in a good location.

Location Ouray next to Hot Springs!

We were on an anniversary trip (postponed since 2020) with our Jeep! The large garage allows us to pull in our Jeep for the night. You dont need to put your windows back in or take off any expensive gear on the Jeep. Very handy!!The creek behind the place is very nice to listen to. Walking distance to Hot Springs/pool area. Loved the Roku TV’s. The management company and app where you get all of your information from was very helpful and easy to use. Management customer service was outstanding!

Reviewer Comments: This condo is located within a few minutes walk of the charming Ouray Main Street - lots of restaurants, bars, shopping with view to die for. It is a comfy , home like condo - think big ole furniture. It had the best equipped kitchen I have ever encountered in a VROB. The patio overlooked the stream shown in the picture with marvelous mounts backing it up. Lots of people enjoyed the Hot Springs , the hiking trails were great an off road Brough one to amazing views.

House has mice

House was as pictured, but there were several mice running around the entire time we were there. Also, the place has no air conditioning which was a problem since it was hot while we were there, made it uncomfortable to sleep.

Backed up to the river. We intend to come back next year. Beautiful area of Colorado. Prefer Ouray over Telluride. Telluride very nice. But very costly and limited for activities. Prefer VRBO to Airbnb as well.

Great location, property needs updating

Great location, property needs updating. The location to everything in town was great and it is nice that it’s right along the river. Unfortunately, neither the microwave nor the oven worked. That made it a little challenging to cook anything in the unit. Secondly, there was no kindling for the woodstove or any fire starter… Just a bucket of logs. If the unit is not going to be renovated anytime soon, at least replace the oven, which looks like it’s from about 1981. overall, the unit was clean and sufficient for our needs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The owners had just about anything you could need in the unit. Beach towels, folding chairs and a cooler were in the garage. When you stay in a place it always is tough when you need one ziplock bag or one sheet of aluminum foil or need to do one load of laundry. All of these things were there saving us a ton of money for things we would have left behind for the cleaning crew. There was even an infant read meat thermometer! I’ve never staying in a unit that had so many supplies for use. Thank you.
