The views were amazing! Unit on 3 levels gave us room to spread out. Exceptionally equipped kitchen with glass and stainless. Comfortable beds. The hot springs are right there across a parking lot for a soak after hiking. Host was quick to respond and very accommodating. Perfect stay!

Loved the location. Very walkable. Disappointed in several things, like the mini trash can that had to be emptied several times a day and only came with 3 bags as well as the upstairs bedroom not having tall enough curtains; so you could see car lights on the ceiling all night long. Kitchen was more limited (ex. no baking pans, just glass ovenware).

Loved these accommodations! Hot springs dream!

Stayed here w/my family of 5. Love the location to the hot springs. I walked across the parking lot every night to the springs. Well equipped townhouse and very spacious! This is a multi-level property (4 floors) with lots of stairs to climb-so just know that before booking if stairs are a problem. It took us a while to get used to the road and parking lot noise as we had to leave the windows open since there is no a/c.The property managers were very quick to communicate and very hospitable. We were missing the remote control to the garage and they quickly sent a nice handy man to install a new remote. He also kindly removed some of our trash as the trash bin was full. Had a bear come visit a couple of nights-knocking trash bins over in hopes of finding food! We had great views of the bear out of our 3rd & 4th story windows-(see uploaded picture.) The area around the property is very busy with the hot springs pool traffic and a EV charging station with bright green lights basically on the property parking lot. Nevertheless, we were very comfortable and pleased with the accommodations. This townhouse is in a great location-close to town, a beautiful park, hot springs, as well as numerous trails including a lovely river trail (see uploaded picture.) We hope to stay here again and recommend this property highly!

Perfection!

The condo was perfect and amenities excellent. The top bedroom was perfect for parents and our youngest kid since the couch folded out into a bed. But the room is on the fourth floor - which we knew about ahead of time and were prepared for. It's a lot of steps but so worth it! The main floor was perfect size and plenty of seating for us to hang out each day. Access to the perimeter trail was right across the street and Hot Springs were across the parking lot. We loved sitting on the balcony and hearing the river. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Ouray!

Great Place & Location

Overall, my friends and I had an excellent girls weekend at this townhouse. It was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with some supplies. The townhouse shares a parking lot with the Ouray Hot Springs, is right across the street from a park, and across the street from an entrance into the Perimeter Loop Trail. We were a very easy, short walk from the center of town/Main Street. The area felt safe and we felt comfortable walking around late at night. The property management company was incredibly responsive and helpful when I messaged them about the coffee maker being broken. In addition, I needed assistance with a package I had shipped to me there and they were ready and willing to help me get the package. Overall, we really enjoyed the townhouse, location, and cleanliness of the place. There was enough space for everyone to have their own bed, enough bathrooms for four of us, and a large enough living room area for us to all hang out comfortably.

Great Location

The unit is about due for a remodel, but has everything you need and has a great location (especially during the winter months) - steps from the hot springs. I would stay here again. Property manager was very informative and responsive.

Ouray Townhouse

Overall the property is nice but it is missing the small details. The sliding door for the half bath on the main floor is missing a handle and doesn’t lock, making it difficult to use. No ice maker or ice trays in the freezer. The property instructions suggest opening the windows to compensate for the no A/C, which may be fine except half the windows do not have screens on them. We had to choose between cooling the house down or letting bugs in. The townhouse is in a nice location, next door to the hot springs and a 5-10 min walk to most restaurants in Ouray. May consider booking again but would look for other options first.

Boys Weekend

3 Generations of men from our family came for a short Boys weekend. Father, two sons and one grandson. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy all that Ouray has to offer. We all slept well and enjoyed a quiet and relaxing Easter Weekend. We hiked to Box Canyon Falls and enjoyed the Hot Springs. Perfect getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was very convenient for walking into town and going to the hot springs. There was plenty of space for everyone. We'd definitely stay here again!

Perfect location

We loved our stay at this property so much we decided to stay an extra day. It’s the perfect location, and the layout of the townhouse was really unique. We loved all of the amenities, and the property manager was super prompt and polite.

Super location

The condo is located across the parking lot from the Hot Springs. Additionally, and entry points to the perimeter trail is super close by. I estimate a football field way. It’s a short walk down main street to hit all of the restaurants, boutiques, and breweries. If you’re adventurous, you can even walk to the Via Ferrata at the south end of town.

Ouray was beautiful

Condo would be great for families with children because it was so close to hot springs pool and park. Carpet was worn and the stairs were a definite minus. Just came from a condo in Telluride which had a well stocked kitchen so the kitchen here was disappointing but manageable if you aren’t cooking much. Management was very helpful.

Across the Street From the Ouray Hotsprings

This property is spacious and the hot springs is literally across the street. Kitchen has everything you could need, including a coffee grinder. We also enjoyed the view!

Check in almost ruined our trip but property is very nice and location is perfert

Too many layers of process! We booked in VRBO, then had to download Hospitality app, then deal with Vacation Rental Collective who were property managers that were very difficult to reach. It made for a stressful first night. We also fixed a plumbing leak between garbage disposal and drain. Once settled, this was a great place to stay. We have vacationed here annually for last 10 yrs and this is our only somewhat bad experience due to process not people. 2 phone apps and non-VRBO emails that look like SPAM if don’t know what they are. Make it more personal and keep all coordination info in VRBO.

Great location. Perfect for family gathering.

We had 6 family members stay here and was the perfect size for us. Location was great as we could just walk into town. We had three vehicles; so the three parking spaces worked out great. We would stay here again.

Cozy

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean, comfy beds, plenty of towels, nice dishes. Just like staying at home but in the mountains. The Hot springs and a wonderful park are within walking distance. Grandbabies loved feeding the fish at the close-by pond. Would definitely stay here again!
