Just a few blocks from downtown Ouray, this 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath pet-friendly retreat offers the perfect mix of history, convenience, and outdoor adventure. Enjoy mornings on the deck with views of the Amphitheater, evenings grilling on the BBQ, and days exploring nearby trails, hot springs, or mountain adventures.

Ouray, Colorado, nestled at 7,800 feet, offers year-round outdoor activities and has everything you could want during your Colorado mountain vacation any time of year! In the spring, summer, and fall months visitors enjoy exploring, riding ATVs, hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding excursions, and fishing. You'll love the summer music series in Ouray's Fellin Park! In the winter months bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, or Nordic skis and enjoy downhill skiing in Telluride, a scenic 60-minute drive from Ouray! Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 named ice and mixed climbs, spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. After a day of adventure, enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, and the ever-popular Ouray Hot Springs.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
The cabin is heated and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and free toiletries. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a kitchen island.

The location was quiet, had amazing views. Inside was extreamly clean, and although we come prepared there was everything possibly imaginable avail. for a comfortable trip. A few notes to other to consider: If you are of age going upstairs is a challenge, yet possible if you take ea step slowly. It is adorable upstairs. Also, parking space is tricky, yet is possible if you maneuver your vehicle correctly. These 2 things are just a heads-up. Do not avoid this AMAZIN mountain place. We'll be renting again.

Perfect little cottage right on the edge of downtown Ouray. Can walk to multiple restaurants and you have perfect access to the Ouray Perimeter hiking trail. We had a wonderful stay with our pup. Would highly recommend.
