The rooms are very spacious, clean and overall comfortable. The bathrooms have double sinks and a nice standup shower. The chairs in the sitting area are nice to have but not too comfortable, however didn't spend too much time sitting in them therefore ok. The elevators took some getting used to and to figure out, and without any instructions at check in, it took some time to figure out, but afterwards worked fine. The bed was comfortable with nice linens. Loved the pool. hot tubs and firepits on the 23rd floor. Took advantage of the adult only time to swim laps before 10 am. Would have liked to have spent more time by the outdoor fire pits in the evening. Nice relaxing area. Only a four, ratter than a five, as there are reading lights on the side of bed and one would not turn off and was broken. Rather than sleep with a spot light on all night we solved by turning off the master light switch by the door which left us with no lights in the room and bathroom for the entire night. A bit frustrating. Noted at check out but person said, oh, well, sorry. Hopefully it will get fixed for the next guest. Attitude of the person wasn't great. Otherwise, overall stay was nice. Would stay again.

I attempted to check in at 3:54pm, 6 minutes before the 4pm check in time. The front desk employee said it would cost $35. The room thermostat was not working properly and they offered us a fan. I liked this place the last time but this time was awful.
