The hotel didn’t have any power. Said they notified everyone staying. They said all third parties (including Orbitz) was notified and expected to notify their customers. We stayed without power/amenities. Other walk ins said the hotel offered half off rooms/etc. We did not get anything. Wet bad experience with Orbitz and Monarch

We had an excellent stay at Monarch Casino Resort Spa Black Hawk. We ended up running late and didn’t arrive until a day after our original reservation, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. They held our room without any issues and got us checked in quickly and smoothly, which we really appreciated after a long trip. Every restaurant we tried was delicious, and the food quality was consistently great. The customer service across the property was top-notch-friendly, professional, and attentive without feeling overbearing. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend.

The king suite was amazing beautiful view of the mountains and the best shower ever. We ate at the chophouse the staff and food was above and beyond. Highly recommend staying and enjoying everything they have to offer.
