Scenic Stays 30A welcomes you to 17 Trigger Trail West, an ideal 30A location just steps from the beach. This coastal home welcomes you from the moment you arrive with its sunny yellow exterior and porches on two levels!

Upon entry, guests will be greeted by a well-stocked kitchen perfect for making home-cooked meals or a quick snack to take to the beach. The open living space and dining room provide plenty of comfortable seating for all guests to relax after a long day. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and calming sunsets from the comforts of the multiple balconies.

Refresh every night in one of the 3 three comfortable king bedrooms with en suite baths & private patios, while the kids relax in the twin bunk beds in the hallway or the two twin beds located in the loft area on the top floor. A spacious master suite with a private bath and an additional bedroom are located on the first floor along with hallway bunks and a full bath.

This home does not allow pets, parties, or events of any kind, or guests under the age of 25 who are not accompanied by an adult chaperone.

Good, not great!

The house itself was great for our family. The cleanliness could have been a little better. It would have been nice if the home was stocked with a few more of the regular items. No salt/pepper, only had 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom for a week stay, only 2 trash bags for 8 people for a week. As much as we paid it would have been nice to see a little more of the necessities.

Wonderful!

Location, location, location! Being on the front row made the walk to the beach and shops easily doable! It is also very close to the pool, which had we been here in warmer months, would have also been a great to use and easily accessible. The home is beautiful and exactly as you see in the photos. Very clean, spacious, and nicely furnished. Every bedroom was attached to a bathroom and had it's own tv. The kitchen has to be one of the most well stocked kitchens I have ever seen in my years of renting. Even two different kinds of coffee makers, which my mother and I especially appreciated :) I would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely love this home we stayed in. It was beyond stocked with extra towels, plenty of kitchen items, great tv’s in every room, and high speed internet for my husband to work on occasion. We look forward to staying here again soon. Thank you. 🌺

Great 30a Experience!

This house is the perfect place to stay with friends or family! The pictures are very accurate and the location can not be beat. It is directly across the street from the Seacrest beach access which made getting to and from the beach with all of our gear very easy. It is also about a 2 minute walk into Seacrest Town Square and maybe 6 minutes to Rosemary Beach. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need and there were also beach chairs/toys there to use. The beds were also very comfortable and the AC worked great. There were also a lot of seating areas and places to spread out/relax. We really enjoyed the rooftop balcony. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy a relaxing trip to 30a! We will be back!
