My stay was wonderful, the room was clean and spacious. Pool area was very nice with tables and tanning chairs. Shopping waterparks and food are in close proximity of the resort. Staff was nice and very helpful. I would definitely recommend to a friend or family member. I will be visiting again!

I called and they have told it’s ok do the check in earlier and when and came they told me it’s to early. I asked for something available and they said I already full everything. It was 5:00 AM and I was on ride for 3 hours

Absolutely terrible and disgusting. This is a motel that has been painted and renamed. We arrived very late from our flight to check in and 2 men were fighting in front of the lobby. There are 6 buildings, we were told the building & room number but they did not explain how to get to the room. We had to walk around to look for the room and finally find out they put us in a 1st floor, outside room. Came into the room to find the floor filthy, paint speckles all over everything, what looked like dog hair on the blanket that’s on one of the beds, and a few spots of brown something smeared on the bathroom wall.

Over all it was a very good experience. The room could use some updating and minor repairs. One thing I wasn’t happy with was that we didn’t have a sight to put on the door sAYING DO NOT DISTURB. However I did like that the housekeeper came daily. The walls are very thin. A couple nights it was very hard to sleep because the people in the room next to me were up most of the night partying with very loud music.

The customer service was ok. I checked in and got ready to walk off, then realized the guy only checked me in for 1 room instead of 2. When I asked about the 2nd room, he said he didn’t see the 2nd room and asked for my reservation email.
