Took 45 minutes of standing in line to check in. Shower had no cold water and little pressure when trying to make it anything other than boiling hot. Mirror was messed up, one of the sheets was dirty. Door handle was upside down, I had to turn it upwards to get in. Door did not close on its own, had to push it close every time. Key-ins to enter the hotel hallway did not work. Every single door was completely open to strangers, no key card required. Walls were paper thin, I could hear everything. Ice machine had no ice the entire weekend. Had to go to the second floor to get ice.

Avanti Palms

It was busy. Took awhile to get a room. People were friendly. Pool area was great. Room was a little worn. There was no room darkening shade..lights lit up the room all night.

There’s a lot of food options walking distance, and stores around. The hotel was affordable, with updated rooms. Now the only thing that was a con, was that it’s so close to Icon, and entertainment places around that the traffic was horrendous. We were only two miles away from the Orange County Convention Center and it took a us an hour and a half drive. This isn’t the hotels fault at all, but just be warn, I would walk, or use the local scooters to get around during the times 6-9pm. Thank you, it was a wonderful stay.

Beth Ann Airport Pick-Up Stay

We booked only a few days ago, we were a bit unsure of what we would see. We stayed in the tower; our room was very nice. The pool was nice, and it was heated! We thought this property was well cared for and was beautiful. For the price, for us, nothing will beat Avanti Palms. If we had one complaint it was how much time it took to check in. I wish the hotel had 2 more check-in reps available.
