clean, but needs TLC

The room was clean and the hotel was nice. The elevator broke during our trip which was tough on some of our family. Also, the water in our shower leaked all night and would not turn off.

Friendly and polite staff. However, the hotel needs a deep cleaning and upkeep throughout the common areas. Floors, carpet and elevators are dirty. Didn’t appear to be swept, mopped or vacuumed in a long while. I don’t think one of the beds was changed from previous guest, as the sheets had hair and the pillowcase had blood on it.
